The post says camshaft sensor, but you bought crankshaft sensors. And the crankshaft sensors are underneath. 🤔🤔🤔 So you put crankshaft sensors in the camshaft spot?
Hello! Did you replace Camshaft position sensor “A” circuit bank 1 in this video? If so which one was it? I’m finding a lot of conflicting information online about its location. I noticed that the packaging for your sensors said crank shaft sensors, not camshaft?
Camshafts sensors will be on top of the engine one on the left and the other is on the right.Cankshaft sensor is underneath of the engine and it harder to replace and only one is needed

Hard to say. Are you using a basic code scanner or using a professional one? Basic code scanners generally don’t reveal much when it comes to these cars
Hi. I would have it code scanned and get the codes and research to make sure that is correct. Lexus forums are a great resource for sensor diagrams and any other info you would need.
maybe you can help me. I also have an is 250 and an unreasonably high idle speed in cold starts. there is also a vibration in the steering wheel when you come to a complete stop in stage d. Does this seem familiar to you or maybe you have already solved something like this with the Lexus.

Still getting P0348 on 06 is350. I replaced the sensor, get 3.7 volts to the sensor as source voltage with key on. Still get error as soon as key on even though I erased code multiple times. Verified sensor location is correct as Bank 2 sensor A (driver side front 90 degree CPS) and have swapped sensor and locations - keep getting same error. I’m at a loss on what to do next. Even my mechanic doesn’t have any ideas off the top of his head other than “bad wiring.” Anyone have any other ideas I can try?
Hi Adrian Are you scanning with a basic hand scanner or with a system that can get into depth of codes? I would check the wiring and test different parts of the harness to see if there’s a continuity problem. We did the same on my lexus to make sure it was the sensor and not anything else. I’ve heard of several Lexus owners having wiring issues / corrosion as well. Hope this helps
@@xxbladexx4471 I would recommend scanning for codes and seeing what the problem would be first before anything else. get the codes pulled and research lexus is common codes and issues.
Hi yes it says that but the sensors we’ve replaced are in the camshaft shaft location. It’s weird Toyota names it that but if you look up Toyota microfiche and location it’s the camshaft sensor. This sensor going out is a common issue with this engine.

One question, did the car start with that code or did you have to change the camshaft so that the car just started?

Why not change all four of them that’s what I’m doing right now❤❤❤❤
