Finally got around to hearing this remix. I remember seeing the CD for "Hotel Costes" in Walmart - of all places - back in 2007. I think I bought it but for some reason, I never played it and then got rid of all my CDs in 2015. The idea to see if this remix is on RUclips just materialized out of nowhere and so I checked and wow, here it is. This is the best remix of the song in it's original tempo. Victor Calderone's version was rather monotonous, IMO. I love the Above & Beyond video version but it's mostly instrumental.
What's with the sporadic keyboard?? This is a bad version of what bad remixes already exist....I know cause I had the single when it came out and I was Devo the trance remix was not on it... The good one, on other words . This is just meh. Too slow and doesn't know what it wants to be. No talent in whoever remixed it... This sounds just like the remixes already out there. The only good part is the two chords on the keyboard but even that is not used properly. And should not be the climax of the song.. omg this is just awful. And why is another woman's face used on the image?? I am shocked if someone has album using this with copyright permission... Or even with permission, cause It suckssss
