Having two separate matchmaking systems would significantly increase queue times and harm the overall matchmaking experience. My argument isn't 'stupid'-I already experience 10+ minute queues when playing in a toon with the current 10v10 format. The game's player base simply isn't large enough to support this effectively
@@DroodlesBlitz I think two game modes of tanks from 5v5 at the very least to 7v7 with smaller maps and a range of 8v8 to 11v11 with bigger maps as an example if they can, to be able to deal with the tanks given at hand and to also test your adaptability. If they can't I think a combined range should be adapt from 10v10 to 6v6 Wargaming should also engage with the community to identify what the perfect game is and identify the statistics of overall games to align with the communities demands while experimenting with different game modes that do not affect your stats for a limited amount of time or games so you can experience the game modes while also having separate stats for different game modes with an overall stat counter across all games
Right! I’m with you and I thought it would be Big Boss mode by now, but we get this 10 vs 10 BS that still has issues, you win 1 and lose 4-5 in a row.
I see a couple of potential issues with 10vs10. 1- I still get steam roll matchs (so thats not fixed) 2- Tanks relying on their camo mechanics to perform are at a disadvantage (the higher the tier the worse it gets). 3- Same goes for tanks that rely on speed. More tanks = less space to maneuver. 4- More tanks also means more chance to get obliterated by let say 2x 183s for instance. 5- As soon as one team has like 2-3 tanks advantage the game is pretty much lost for the other one. 6- It might increasing queue time. 7- Since 10v10 is only fun mode for now, we havent seen what it would look like with the entire player base. I think we need more time to see if it's a viable option. Maybe freezing all stats and making 10v10 the default pub battles for a fixed period of time would help to figure some things out. For now on the long run im not convince it's the way to go.
183 should be replaced by alligator tank just like in Lesta, queue time won't be an issue when they merge the servers, it takes one second to find a T10 match in EU.
Playing this mode 20 times in the last 3 days, lose 17 games and 3 win, 2.5k av. damage. The matchmaking in this mode is really suck. For some reason i always paired with dogwater team
The reason there are a lot of heavies in 10 vs 10 is because people from noob MM are thrown in there as well, and most new players drive super heavies or heavies in general
I think the game should replace the regular 7v7 and have a game mode that balances 7v7 to 9v9 based on the tanks given at hand so that it can also test your adaptability while also having a 10v10 gamemode with bigger maps to benefit some tanks or have a 5v5 to 7v7 with smaller maps. But i think WarGaming should try experiment with different games but not add it into the stats for a certain amount of time or games you have played and have a separate stat counter on different game modes with an overall stat counter
Whilst i do like 10v10, the maps sometimes feel too small to accomodate all players, here's an example, in the Canyon map, sometimes the middle gets too cluttered with 3 or 4 tanks with good depression trying to peak, so i think WG should definetly consider increasing the map size by about 15-25%, i think they should go down this path, there's an Unreal Engine port coming in next year, and this will make the game quite a lot more like Wot PC in some aspects, but still retaining the blitz spirit, and the performance impact on expanding the maps just a tiny bit is honestly not big, the problem is designing the maps again, it will take time.
I think the actual issue when it first came out and at the very beginning of this most recent timing we got implemented was the damage missions. People were playing, especially poor and because it was 10v 10 There was more damage available. I think we would’ve seen the exact same if uprising was during that same time. I think it would be fun to see a 10 versus 10 uprising as well.
It's very cool for certain tanks, but I get the stupidest teams in this mode. No idea why. 10:0 aren't rare. 80% of the team sitting at resp isn't rare. Just wtf is going on? At this point I'm not even mad for defeats, I just feel my braincells dying. Soooo many stupid moves
Only problem I have with 10v10 is small maps like himmelsdorf or middelburg and that its impossible to make credits. No matter how well my games go, I always lose credits in 10v10
I really enjoy 10v10. It’s fun and the games last longer. People usually seem to know to conserve your hp more. If someone makes a mistake they pay for it more in this mode. It’s just more fun.
i was playing wotb on my shitty phone 10 years ago. when i returned to the game, in 3000 games i had %40 winrate. i was able to increase my wr to %60 while i was grinding tech tree. since the game is also on mobile, it would be great to get weekly, monthly and yearly statistics, along with lifetime stats.
I think the easier solution the the stats problem is just to have 10v10 and 7v7 logged separately. Have a tab on each profile to swap between the two modes. Boom, fixed

Yeah I think that with DPM and clip potential being this high, 10vs10 feels like OG blitz. Edit: Also no, resetting is not a good idea, they should do official seasonal stats, most games do already. If they introduced 10vs10 as the mainstay, the old stats should remain as such on a separate tab/slot while you can work on your new season stats, this would also help people who had a slow start and prevent rerolls from having any meaning at all, saving newbie queue from them.
If wargaming would fix the restoration prices and make the maps bigger and do something about these rat autoloaders i promise the game would improve significantly.
They need to update the Queing screen so people can self balance teirs because no one knows if 40 TDs are qued for t10 or t3 and limit it per battle for each category for player's to balance

15v15 games like Tank company and WOT are also not impacted as much by bad and afk players. This however doesn't mean good players impact on the game can't be decisive.
3:20 would be better instead, if wg made 10vs10 a seperate gamemode that is constantly active, and that gamemode has its own statistics page. also what i find, theres actually a lot of decent players with below 5k battles, they spam gamemodes and never really play pubs, so it'd be really nice, if players below 5k battles that is able to average 56% wr and above is able to choose if they want to be in newbie matchmaker or not. and just flat increase standard matchmaker's credit earning by 10%.
We just need a different section on our profile that shows 10vs10 stats. Leave normal pub stats alone. Really this could be done with every game mode so stats are tracked but I feel like the consensus for most game modes is "well at least it cant hurt my stats".
Imoo changing 7 vs 7 to 10 vs 10 as regular battle has many problems related to stats. Instead of that they can add 10 vs 10 without removing 7 vs 7. So players have 2 different stats for each of them.
am sorry, but i dont understand what WG's problem would be if they have stats for each mode? i mean gravitizing would have ur winrate, avg damage, av XP, etc for that mode, 10v10 would be the same, and etc etc. maybe there would be an overall stat/s for conglomerate totals/battles. at least bad players @ one mode might actually have great stats on another mode.
Best thing wg need to do is rebalance once a again the equiment(tanks improved better survivability cause some shots you can miss it) like used to be before and need to nerf turret and hull transverse (so lights tanks feel more like light tank) dmp to all tanks and especially on TD and all autoloaders to have half dpm as normal loading mechanic (let's say maus have 3000dmp,amx50b made it 1700dmp)and buff all tanks about 100-200hp

Droodles i have an idea. How about the MM being "Hybrid". For the current maps in the game (the small maps) its only 7v7 and your stats for 7v7 stay the same. For big/huge maps (Like the upcoming PBR Himmelsdorf), have 10v10, where there becomes a new page on the players profile displaying 10v10 stats separate from 7v7 stats.

10v10 sucks in solo from my experience I encounter platoons with 2 e50m and a td in the back so there is nothing u can do when they are 60% and u have 50 % players with average tanks. But when I do platoon yes It is definitely very fun even if you lose the game takes a while and heavies are more influential due to hp avantage moreover it prevent aggressivity because you can die instantly if you push 3 autoloaders
10 V 10 is a fun mode, and frankly I wouldn't mind seeing it, or something close, as part of regular battles. But as I have said before, WG's game design overall is pretty bad when it comes to this game. Most of that is they have made easy to change as far as game dynamics pretty poor choices. What do I mean by this, for example, re-balancing tanks. A basic dssign flaw in this game is that in regular battles bases are part of the objective but rarely a factor int he battle outcome. Essentially, both modes are just first elimination...with bases as an afterthought. In all of Droodle's videos, how often does a battle come down to cap win? I'd almost say 0% of the time. So why are they a factor of the battle mode? This doesn't make any sense at all. And yes, I realize there's a fine line of everyone focusing on bases and repetitiveness. But I think just as even with these small maps, and smaller teams, and bases in the same spots, battles don't necessarily feel repetitive, I don't think more focus on bases would be an issue. Not COMPLETE FOCUS, just more focus. Among the many other game design flaws is discouraging teamwork. Experience, etc, should focus more on teamwork than damage output. Until that is fixed, this game will remain trash because even as a "team" MOST PLAYERS couldn't care less about helping a team mate. I say most, because THERE ARE SOME who will go out of their way to help or work with team mates they don't know, basically like a "dynamic platoon".

You cant get 2 more different tanks than those 2 tanks. Both can be strong IF you can play their respective types , neither are particularly strong in the overall game.

Your wrong again. Maps are too small for 10v10. Additionally, there is no heavy and medium side. There is only good and bad teamwork. You have proven several times that going “the wrong side” can still end in a win if you have good teammate support.

Stats mean nothing for a long time now. Many things other than skill influence it. Just being on PC is an outside advantage.

I don't mind a full stats reset, if they also remove tungsten shells, sandbags and all the fantasy unrealistic things even better 10v10 needs to replace the toxic 7v7
this mode is fun but am i the only one getting bad teams i average 3500 occasionally get 5k plus and still lose
I think WG shoud make a wot mobile propely. 10 v 10 and bigger maps. At 10 years ago was imposible, but now is pretty trustful do that.

10v10 sucks in solo from my experience I encounter platoons with 2 e50m and a td in the back so there is nothing u can do when they are 60% and u have 50 % players with average tanks. But when I do platoon yes It is definitely very fun even if you lose the game takes a while and heavies are more influential due to hp avantage moreover it prevent aggressivity because you can die instantly if you push 3 autoloaders
I said it’s way better fr 10v10 means you have better chances regardless unless they’re stacking teams for certain ppl and they aren’t

10 V 10 is a fun mode, and frankly I wouldn't mind seeing it, or something close, as part of regular battles. But as I have said before, WG's game design overall is pretty bad when it comes to this game. Most of that is they have made easy to change as far as game dynamics pretty poor choices. What do I mean by this, for example, re-balancing tanks. A basic dssign flaw in this game is that in regular battles bases are part of the objective but rarely a factor int he battle outcome. Essentially, both modes are just first elimination...with bases as an afterthought. In all of Droodle's videos, how often does a battle come down to cap win? I'd almost say 0% of the time. So why are they a factor of the battle mode? This doesn't make any sense at all. And yes, I realize there's a fine line of everyone focusing on bases and repetitiveness. But I think just as even with these small maps, and smaller teams, and bases in the same spots, battles don't necessarily feel repetitive, I don't think more focus on bases would be an issue. Not COMPLETE FOCUS, just more focus.
Among the many other game design flaws is discouraging teamwork. Experience, etc, should focus more on teamwork than damage output. Until that is fixed, this game will remain trash because even as a "team" MOST PLAYERS couldn't care less about helping a team mate. I say most, because THERE ARE SOME who will go out of their way to help or work with team mates they don't know, basically like a "dynamic platoon".
Again Droodles thinks that the game should revolve around his particular preferences and needs. Stats? Seriously? You're THAT insecure? Plus you're just wrong about the effect on stats.

You cant get 2 more different tanks than those 2 tanks. Both can be strong IF you can play their respective types , neither are particularly strong in the overall game.

The one change id make is add a partition for the first two min so the teams go to the right places and not have one team half and half and the other on one side only
Your wrong again. Maps are too small for 10v10. Additionally, there is no heavy and medium side. There is only good and bad teamwork. You have proven several times that going “the wrong side” can still end in a win if you have good teammate support.
