She lied and said she conceived naturally. She didn’t and either took fertility medicine without proper medical advice or saw a physician who doesn’t know what they are doing. In many cultures people don’t admit to fertility treatment. Saw a 70 year old woman say she was finally blessed with a baby boy after over 50 years of marriage without fertility treatments. Everyone knows that she had fertility treatments but she wouldn’t admit it.

Breastfeeding whaaaat? Doing it for one baby is a consuming full time job, I can't begin to imagine how would it be with 9. I hope they have plenty of help from family, friends, professionals and government because sleep is a vital need and moms are no exception. I remember when my first was smaller and wanted dad to sing her lullabies there is a popular one in my country that goes along the lines of "mum never sleeps" at some point, and I commanded him to change or skip that line.
