Meray susral waley bi yahan potha Bainsi se the maghar Mangla Dam ki waja se woh loog sargodah shift ho gai , abhi tak un ki kutch zameen wahan hain yahan kabhi kabhi paani ata hain maghar sadly hum ko pata nahi keon k humarey susar faut ho chukay hain aur behtun ko pata nahi. Woh loog abhi sargodah mein hain. Bahut he beautiful area hain yeh , sargodah tu biqul flat area hain aur yahan tu Allah k qudrat k bahut he haseen nizarey hain.

That’s surprising to know that people still speak our language in your area too, my grandfather used to tell us about Hindu families that were their friends and neighbours who had to leave after partition , sadly. Border area is far from this region although LoC runs through kashmir but it no where near this area.

@@britishkashmiri169 my grandmother used to tell stories about mirpur . She was born there and had to move during partition

@@ashish_sh that’s so sad for her. There are lots of old Hindu temples in mirpur , one famous one is where the Dam is. When the water level is high you cannot see it but during dry season , it’s visible. My maternal sides traded in Bombay before partition although they were afghans. During partition , my naani & her sister were the only two survivors, her 10 brothers and parents remained to protect their business and were never heard from. It was tragic time for people on both sides. Is your grandma still alive ?
