E6000 is the best glue I still have things that have not came apart because of that glue. You can glue things together and have them out in a hundred degree weather and it's still stay together

I've never seen these molds before. What if you connected the pieces with UV resin?
I haven't tried that but I'm sure it would work fine.

How do you do the tiny details??
I use a piercing tool to get into the crevices :)
Is there an epoxy alternative or a resin that’s FDA compliant. I am severely allergic to epoxy.
mmm... I'm not sure if there's an epoxy alternative for molds. I use Aluminite Amazing Clear Cast for my molds and there's is FDA compliant.
If you're allergic to epoxy FDA compliance isn't going to help you. You should stay far away from all epoxy.

Did you use vinyl on top? Where do you get the files?
On top of the topper? No, I didn't use vinyl. We paint the mold with acrylic paint before pouring epoxy in it.
