I sometimes hit the net or smash too long during a half court high shuttle, this is what I needed. And I always like coach's smashing sound, so crispy.
Coach Han, all I want to mention is that the standard smash is having a highest point of hitting, however you said that to make it stronger, you need to lower your hitting point. The question is... the more you have the contact point and higher jump, are you able to deliver a steep and hard to return smash?
I don't know what you mean by mention of contact points. But when it comes to jumping, the answer is easy. Try changing the question. If your 'jump' is low, can you do a smash that is difficult to return?
@@full-swing Yes, the contact point is another story. (I'm sorry for the misunderstanding) I'm referring to the angle. In that case, if you have a monstrous jump and reach the highest angle and hitting point, can you deliver a steep and powerful smash in that scenario?
Not really the highest point because just looking for highest point means you'll reduce your power. Your hand need to be swinging down to 'push down' the shuttle hard

Ah this, Its the The Racquet Handle. The size of it, have to Match or be comfortable with your Palm size. So I am guessing either your nail is too long or your Handle/Grip is too small/Thin.
After playing few minutes my hand start’s sweating. It’s become very hard for me to grip the handle of the racket. I can’t smash properly. What should I do?

Coach, when i smash alot my finger nail bleeds. Is this bad grip, bad holding or do i need to use tape on my finger?
bad grip and bad holding absolutely....but most likely because of your bad grip. unless you have extremely long fingernails...
