Pressing the Use button (E/Y/Triangle) will feed the Cockatrice the black pearls when he shrieks during the taming process - will stop you losing effectiveness and speed up the process for you!

I’m very picky with Dino mods because many of them don’t move or look good enough to fit in the game but this one actually looks and moves great.
Does it only spawn on desert maps? If so I’m totally downloading.
I really don’t want to see it on the island

iirc you can alter any dinos spawn rates via ini options so you can just remove the spawns that you don't like.
