Same mistake over and over in these stories. You cannot cancel someone's car insurance. In my case my car insurance issued a new policy for me and then informed my ex-wife that she now had to pay the premium for her insurance on the existing policy. Insurance companies are wise to people trying to cancel the car insurance policies of their spouses during marital disputes and they do not allow it. Just like I doubt you can really toss your spouse out of the house like OP did.
@@michaelberger6699 It is not actually a law at all. The insurance companies do not want to get sued, or have a customer hit by an uninsured driver, but yes, some states, like mine, require you to have insurance to keep your driver's license. So it is more of a policy these insurance companies follow.
It’s funny how the same mistakes keep popping up in these stories! You can’t just cancel someone’s car insurance like that. In my own experience, my insurance company issued a new policy for me and then let my ex-wife know she had to cover her share on the existing policy. They’ve seen it all and won’t let anyone pull a fast one during a dispute. It’s a bit like trying to kick your spouse out of the house-definitely easier said than done!
Very confusing when you keep switching names of the characters. Bev / Rachel, Seb / Sly...???
Her inheritance, her money

In the u.s., all these laws are state by state.
Can cancel the policy on my car and it won’t be insured at all, also the police get informed and get the plates back.

You cannot drop someone from your health insurance until you are officially divorced. The IRS calls it a QLE QUALIFYING LIFE EVENT.
How did the neighbors hear the car alarm and start checking on him, when he lives in the middle of the woods and the closet neighbor is 15 acres away
Claire turned into Martha
I bet Rachel is going to regret cheating on op
This is a repeat story!
