its not just free players, I got a full P2W team and scripts decide to keep me at the bare minimum of DIV1 after hours of grinding to get there to the point I just gave up trying and I barely even play anymore.

did you try inter formation with 2 box to box player and one anchor man at the middle and in front with one hole player cf and and one player goal poacher or fox in the box ? try it
Hole player is not activated at CF so the playstyle advantages will be lost in that position
