Hi, Kurt; please give me the link again to make a donation. I do some free buzzing and MPC buzzing with the BERP, and I that's helped me have a big sound (except the high register). I've alway thought lead pipe buzzing was some kind if gimmick. I'm always ready to learn new stuff (despite being a very senior citizen). Thanks from Port Townsend, WA
Someone on the Trumpetherald forums recommended this method to me. I'm a bassoon player of 14 years and decided to pick up trumpet. I've been playing a month or so, but I can't play anything above a top space E (I can barely get the E out). So I tried to do what you did in the video and I can't even do the G to C. I have to lip up to the G because my embouchure wants to start the note lower, but I can't even get a clear C out at all. If I do this method everyday will it eventually come out, or how do I fix this issue? I can play a C just fine on the horn, but I guess if I can't play it in the lead pipe then I must not be playing it correctly in the horn either. I guess this exercise is to show you how much you suck haha.

Hmm, it was hard but I did it not much worse than you. Nevertheless I barely can play an a2. So maybe my problem isn't lack of chop strength?
Post a video showing the leadpipe buzzing and i can better answer
