In the third installment of our NACLO Problem Walkthrough series, we investigate Problem A on the 2009 NACLO Open Round contest, titled Tenji Karaoke. This one is about the Japanese braille writing system, a system of writing Japanese used for the blind.
    Narrated by Eddie Kong, who competed in NACLO and is now a rising sophomore at Princeton University.
