Honestly I adore the first 3 Over The Horizon’s, ESPECIALLY 2011. It makes me feel free, like I’ve been on a huge adventure, a long journey… and that I’ve finally reached the end. Either that or it sounds like an opening to something, it would even work well in something like an AMV >v
Out of the entire album, Samsung's Over the Horizon version 1 (6:29) and Over the Horizon version 2 (9:35) are the most memorable to me. I remember when I got Samsung Chat/Ch@t 322 _(C3222)_ and Samsung SCH-W169 both in 2011, both the phones at the time when made were equipped with Over the Horizon version 1 as .MP3 music files in each phone, whereas when I got Samsung Galaxy S Duos in 2012, the Over the Horizon version 2 was set as default ringtone. I set Over the Horizon version 1 as default ringtones in C3222 and W169 phones in 2012-2014 and later downloaded the official Over the Horizon version 2 ringtone as .MP3 files for both C3222 and W169 phones in 2014-2015, following which I switched to Galaxy S Duos as primary and got the vibes of version 2 of Over the Horizon till 2019 when the Galaxy S Duos phone took its final breath. I wonder what made Samsung compose such wonderful art like Over the Horizon as iconic especially Version 1 and 2 -- they are remembered the most. The version 1 sounds like a pop rock music, whereas the version 2 emphasizes the piano 🎹 and violin 🎻 which implies how the music of version 2 of Over the Horizon sounds. Thanks to Samsung for such wonderful masterpiece. ❤️🙏
