IBC me application for initiation of PPIRP se pehle FC's ka approval lgega 66% ka or is approval ke liye hum unhe Base Resolution Plan provide krenge or Declaration denge ki CD 90 days me PPIRP ke liye jaane wala h.
And after commencement, COC bnega or use Base Resolution Plan submit kiya jayega for approval.
But my doubt is ki COC me bhi to wahi FC's hi honge na, to ye double approval ni ho gya from FC's bcz application for initiation se pehle bhi to unka approval liya tha na Base Resolution Plan pe?

Sir, one doubt.. here (3:11) you said Parth (creditor of Corporate Debtor) can initiate PPIRP against Nature Organics (CD).
But, here (40:43) you said, Corporate applicant can only be the CD itself i.e. Nature Organics.
So, whether a Creditor can initiate PPIRP against CD?
No. Only CD can

Brother if you read section 54C then it is written that application can be made by corporate applicant itself. And see the definition of corporate applicant. It says a person who manages the affairs of corporate debtor. Indirectly toh CD hi hua na. Also sir said that Parth initiate krna chahta hai meaning he wants to. Not that he can
