    Is the max battery discharge 3kw? That seems very low. As per @2:21 it takes the remaining from grid. Why is the max discharge not 9kw distributed throughout each phase? especially if batteries are rated for 1C charge/discharge. Mentioned max charge/discharge rate on spec sheet is 240a @48v should mean up to 11.5kw battery discharge in this example. Is this chart simulating low battery situation when call from grid is required as battery BMS is restricting to 3kw due to size,temp or SOC? Please confirm. Thanks

    Hello, I have a question.
    The 50% maximum in unbalanced loads, is it the difference between phases, or is it ONLY the 50% of the total power of the inverter that can pass through a single phase, not mattering what is happening to the other two phases?
    Let's take some examples to see if the inverter do perform as following:
    *Example A:*
    Phase 1: 8 kw
    Phase 2: 4 kw (50% difference between phase 1 and phase 2)
    Phase 3: 0 kw
    *Example B*
    Phase 1: 9 kw
    Phase 2: 3 kw (50% difference between phase 1 and phase 2)
    Phase 3: 0 kw
    *Example C*
    Phase 1: 9 kw
    Phase 2: 2 kw (phase 2 + phase 3 are giving the 50% of difference comparing to phase 1)
    Phase 3: 1 kw

      Hi,the maximum output of each phase is 50% of the rated value. The example you mentioned will not affect the operation of the inverter. For example: Three-phase 12kw machine, R phase output 6kw, S phase can also output 6KW, T phase output 1.2KW

    I have 27 new solar panels, total 11 KW. No problem with my 3 fase 3x25amp fuse.
    However, I also got some older panels that could produce up to 2500 watts on fase 1. (it is a 1 fase SMA converter) How can I prevent my fuse from blowing if all the pannels produce maximum power?
    I would need to limit the output on only 1 fase.
    If I buy the 10 KW version, for my 11 KW PV panels, it would of course limit the power to 10 KW.
    I could still charge my car with 11 KW, using 10 KW from my panels (or battery) and 1 KW from the grid?

    can i use a 3 Phase Inverter (like 12kW SG04LP3) if my Grid feed is 1 Phase, 230V? can it achieve full rated power on the output (with large battery connected)?

    Hi i have question about unbalance phase
    I use hybrid inverter 3 phase 10k SG04LP3 EU and have battery NMC 20kw
    For example power load is not balance and
    In Case have battery power + PV more than 12 kw
    Power load
    Phase 1 = 9 kw
    Phase 2= 3 kw
    Phase 3=0 kw
    Total load = 12 kw
    Case1
    Phase 1= 6 + 3( from pv power or battery)
    Phase 2 = 3 ( from pv power or battery)
    Phase 3=0
    NOT consume from grid
    Or
    Case 2
    The operation of inverter will divide total load by 3 = 12/3 = 4 kw per phase
    Phase 1= + 5 (use from grid)
    Phase 2 = -1 ( sell to grid)
    Phase 3 = -4 (sell to grid)
    This case dashboard of inverter is show not use from grid
    Which one is correct case1 or 2?
    My dashboard show realtime in case 2 and i still use electric from grid and power out to grid same amount
    How can i fix my inverter to be case1
    Please give me some advice

    I have 1phase power supply, with this inverter would be possible to generate a 3 phase off grid load output. And be able to charge a battery with the 1 phase grid input and sell the solar energy excess when battery is full? I'm thinking in move my workshop but I can not get a three phase power supply, and have some three phase cutting machines.

      Hi!The three-phase hybrid inverter cannot be connected to the single-phase grid, but the three-phase hybrid inverter can output three-phase power when connected to the battery

      @@DeyeInverter_official Ok, thanks. Then the way of getting a three phase generated output with a single phase power supply. Would be using a single phase inverter for the grid connection and a three phase inverter for a three phase generated output. Both inverters connected to the same battery. This should work.

    Is it possible to Parallel 2 of these 3-Phase inverters with one as primary and one as slave or do you need atleast 3 where all three are primare on each Phase?

      Hello, two can be connected in parallel no need three, because the three-phase inverter can be directly connected to the three-phase grid in parallel

I think a lot of peaple think that three is needed since the manual for three fase in parallell show a connection with 3 inferters where one is connected as main and 2 as slave, maybe you should change that to only two inverter setup but write in large letter how many that there is possible to connect in parallell.

    Hello, i have some deye sun 600 and deye sun 2000 Inverter on L1 and l2, and a growatt mic 2500 on L3. My property is big, and it would bei very hard to use DC cables to the Main Inverter (deye 12kw)
    Do i have to use Generator Input , or can i leave the ohter Inverter on L1,2 & 3 i know this would bei possible with victron Multiplus 2 , IS IT possible with deye Also?

      Hi,If you can't hook up the PV then you can charge the battery with the generator and the grid, run the 12kw inverter

    Does this work on the GRID port also of the 12kw Deye hybrid? Or only on the LOAD port?? And do you need CT clamps or EAStron/CNT meters?

      Yes, it is also valid for the grid port of the inverter, CT or meter is required

      In normal operation with grid present, the grid and load ports are connected together. If the grid fails, the grid will be disconnected from the load port, so the inverter can continue supply to the load while there is no voltage on the grid port for security and obey regulations.

    With my 20kW hybrid this does not work. If i put a load >3kW on a single phase, the PV production collapses, and MPPT shifts. The inverter should be able to supply 10kW to a single phase without touching the MPPT.

I included charts, and a movie, and a detailed description. I hope this helps. For the readers: i have seen this bug? with 2 SUN-20K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 hybrids.

    Hello,
    i have the inverter parallel to the grid with no load and no battery connected. I have 500V at string one but 0W production. I dont get any errors. What could i do wrong? Grid-Settings are in "sell all solar" so it should produce solar power but doesnt...

    IF you select 120/208 or 133/230V output mode on the EU version do you still get the full 12KW output or is it halved?

    I hope you made a 96v single phase 16kw hybrid. very high current at only 48v. so it should be 96v. for 10kw to 16kw

      Hello, our low-voltage hybrid inverter supports 40-60V, and 96V is temporarily not supported, but we have launched a high-voltage hybrid inverter, which supports a minimum voltage of 160V.

    I live in the US, I need a split phase120/240 Hybrid Ul1741 grid tied unit that has 2 or 3 Mppts, input voltage per of 500-1000dcv, and a current input of 14-18amps. I need on inverter with a transformer to balance the loads. If Your think this is extremely difficult Look at the New Sol-Ark 15kw grid tied unit. There's is so dam expensive it's cost prohebative. If every one was not so interested in making 500,% profit u might sell a few. Trust me, if youale one identical to theirs, it will sell. If you have something current that meets the spicifications, please speak up. My plnels arrive in 40-50days.

      @@DeyeInverter_official he7 thx for tour replay, I went with a Luxpower 12kw hybrid, amazing specs com0aredt tocwhats out there and the price was $3000.00. If you look at their specs you'll see exactly what I mean. If it runs to 80% of its specsbill be happy. It will be grid tied, but it I start to get nuessenccs trips, I may just run it 220v and use a 10k(50amp) mid-point transformers. Thoughts?

    What happens to loads above 12KW? How does the passthrough work?

      A load exceeding 12kw will cause the inverter to be overloaded, and then cause the inverter to alarm and cut off the power supply.

      Hello, normally yes, you can use the 3-phase inverter using each phase for your loads in your house. Pay attention to not overload the inverter.
