  • Trailtrek Wuben H1 headlamp review osram p9 1200 lumen
    An excellent for the price headlamp, a 9 out of 10.
    I would have liked to have seen Type-C charging and a slightly wider beam
    but this light is great for the price.

      @@TrailTrek 😀.
      I just checked out aliexpress recently. Wuben had increased the price of their products. The C3 is 10 dollars more expensive now

    • @TrailTrek
      @TrailTrek  3 года назад +1

      That's a shame because the c3 is really popular. I know I'm not fond of the beam but the rest is the light is fine for most users. Also it looks good, I wonder if they have raised prices due to popularity?

      @@TrailTrek i think it was due to increase prices in raw material and some other stuffs. Check this post out instagram.com/p/CNW4PdcjzqE/?igshid=3ldk3cxad4nv

      That's really interesting, also interesting that they would tell people before the piece hike. At least they are giving a reason and being honest about it. I've been enjoying a lot of their products recently so I hope this doesn't slow down their push for market share. They have been making lights I enjoyed and went on to buy for presents so I hope they keep up the good work.

    Excellent review as always my friend. Great editing and good to see so many headlamps being compared to the Wuben. As you said, a good value to price ratio for this light. With so many headlamps, you have enough for Medusa and all her friends! Lol I still love my Skillhunt H03 you recommended years ago comes in real handy when working on my vehicles. Looking forward to what you have to review next. 👍

      Thanks I enjoyed testing this light and for the price I have to say it's hard to beat so far. I'm having a bit of a break for a while but I have a few lights to look at.

    Great review. I was scared on the start by 50 mins, but the light show on the end lead me in. I wonder about the groves and i think it may be fo better removing battery when is defective and swell. I bought one allrédy for my Nameday I will have soon. Thanks for good job

      I understand what you mean. I've kind of become the channel with mega long reviews but i tend to keep the order the same and encourage people to skip the bits they dislike. Glad you enjoyed the video, I'm always here to help if you have any questions or if you find any issues with the lights. I have recommended this many times for outdoors people especially fishermen and they all tell me they love it. I Did tell a few night fishermen to go get a larger capacity cell like 3500mah etc and that lasts them much longer for all nighters. This compares really well to the Nitecore HC65v1 and its well worth the money.

    Top review cheers. Forgive my ignorance, but could you put a more powerful cell in this torch? More than the 2600mAh? ( I don't know enough about batteries!).
    Love the channel, keep up the good work, and if you see your way to reviewing some bike lights in the same vein that would be fantastic. Lumintop B01 gets the Reddit vote but real world reviews are thin on the ground...

    • @TrailTrek
      @TrailTrek  2 года назад +1

      Hi cheers fit the kind words. Yes you are completely right you can put a much higher capacity cell in this light. As long as it is an 18650. The light will then last night longer in operation. 😁👍
      I will have a look for that light but the one issue I will have is I don't own a bike so I might not do the light justice by testing it on a bike moving at speed. I'm like you I prefer real world reviews before I hand over any cash 👌

    Good review. I have too many headlamps though. I’ve been waiting for a another lumintop hl3a warm from bang good for two months now.

    • @TrailTrek
      @TrailTrek  3 года назад

      Sometimes bang good go mental with orders. I had one that was in pending for 6 months then they told me the item was no longer being sold!? Having said that they are usually good with other orders I've made with them. I'm just finishing yet another headlamp review...Nebo mycro. It's tiny!

    • @apcwjw
      @apcwjw 3 года назад +1

      @@TrailTrek the nebo micro sounds interesting , my smallest headlamps are my olight h1r nova and perun mini. My H1r is a neutral tint which I love. Olight don’t seem to bother making neutral tints any more. It’s lightish until about 22.40 in Cheshire at the moment, so I’m not getting too much use out of the flashlight collection 😐.

      I'm in the same boat as well. When I need to go testing lights I have to wait until it's 11 then go walking about in the dark then back home for bed it's a bit annoying isn't it. Shruti lighter nights mean longer days so I can go hiking more 😁👍

    • @apcwjw

      @@TrailTrek it was getting light at about 3.50 am this morning . I take my olight batons and 16340 sized headlamps during summer. I have the river weaver close by ( it flooded our town centre in Feb). In winter in take a perun and two 18650 lights as it is pitch black along the river path. I’ll look into getting a nebo micro based on your upcoming review as potential Xmas gift.

      For gift yeah mycro is fine but wait to see the review when it's up, it should be up by Saturday the pwm is very noticeable I really like how it looks though and it's very light.

      Yeah that works make a lot of sense. It's metal but not too heavy so this could be why it has groves. Thanks 😁👍

    How does the battery indicator light work?

    • @TrailTrek
      @TrailTrek  3 года назад +2

      Hi there, the battery indicator level is shown when you use the light. The aux led with show you the battery level for a few seconds. For more info see section 8 of this manual please.
