Just go through 8051 Microcontroller and 8085 microprocessor. and prepare well your resume(mainly your Projects). And also go through some basic coding Questions(like OOPs, Difference between c and c++ etc.). Most of the Questions will be either from your projects or 8051 and 8085.
ECE Basic to moderate questions are guarented to come but may be they will ask basic questions from your interest or domain you are strong. See, They will ask Questions according to their requirement not what you are interested for?? Learn 8051 microcontroller and 8085 processor.

If it is on campus placement then their placement cell officials will provide the best information. Now as per my experience, It takes apx 1 month when I got informed that I got selected and I received offer letter from bosch, so may be it takes some more days. NOTE: Now many companies freeze hiring for limited period so may be Bosch is one of them. Now talking about possibility of conversion from Intern to Full time- It's completely depends upon individual hard work and performance but generally if one does good work, they are converted.

Yes, they come for Mechanical candidates and They will visit your campus 2nd time or not , it completely depends upon your placement cell. in my campus, they visited 2 times but in 1st round, they camse just for CSE and IT candidates and in 2nd time, All CSE/IT/ECE/ME/EEE candidates are eligible

Hello bro my son selected for 2 months intership in BOSCH CO but CO said they are not interested to do intership only for 2 months,They asked college to increase the time bound minimum size month but if college does not agree then what to do ? If it is on campus and college will not agree to increase the time limit for internship, then most probably your son will not get a chance to be part of Bosch. but generally, if co. approaches, college will corporate with you and with some condition, they will allow you to do internship. It's completely depends upon Placement cell and your son's HOD. You can guide him, go and talk to the either HOD or Placement Head or Principle and try to convince them that you are really interested and this internship will surely help you for bright future etc. All the very best! Atleast be super clear with the basic and their uses, difference between 8085 and 8051, know about intrrupts, etc. Along with this, Be super clear and honest with your mentioned projects because most of the questions will be form your projects. and see basic language questions and oops interview questions. It takes 10-20 days to release your offer letter.
