I met David, Tamela, and David Jr. in Baton Rouge at a concert and they were so friendly. They stayed well after the concert was over talking to us and taking pictures, signing autographs for FREE!!! I’ve been to see other gospel artists and they were not as personable.

That is true. I tell people that all the time. That parents need to learn to be more humble, and learn to apologize to their children when they do something wrong. Because none of us are perfect, and we hurt the people we love unintentionally sometimes.

When David said about loving unconditionally I broke down. Sorry about your day, but it's so great that y'all could talk about it. That's amazing. This I think was the best so far. I cried, I laughed, and laughed while I cried. It's great to see strong family's and sometimes makes me wish I had that, but on the other hand I won't have that pain of loss.

Ace is 100% telling the truth about the VA. Trying to get my father who is 100% disabled the help he needs is the most frustrating and heartbreaking experience. Once he is off his medication and acting "crazy" then we can get help for a short time. I feel so bad for the people who don't have advocates.
You are so correct...it happens with folks that sign up for disability all the time as well. They may have severe back and nerve pain on top of major depression and not be able to hold a job BUT if they go in for that social security interview well groomed and not acting nutz they WILL be denied... Shame.

After 15yrs of marriage my husband and I realized that there's time in the marriage where you will meet challenges that will help strengthen your relationship. There's times where you are being built spiritually and 1 will be going through their level up while the other has to stay charged and prayed up. Especially if one of you has asked God for help so you have to purge the old and work through rough stuff..so you can see your marriage bloom and grow. In all compromise, effective listening skills and communication will always be important

I absolutely love this family 💕 My mom and dad have 3 kids but all of us stay in different states. I look forward to holidays because that’s the only time we all come together. It took awhile for everyone to get on board, but we realized that YOU MAKE TIME FOR WHAT YOU WANT and it’s always #FOE.

I totally agree with Ace about the VA my husband served in the United States Army.
My husband and I was married for 4 months, together for 15 years.
He would always say that I didn't have anything to worry about the military will take care of you.
He pass at age 62, the VA told me I wasn't qualified for his benefits because we wasn't married long enough.
The VA tell these men's all this stuff but when things happen it a different story.
All I got from the VA was a Flag.
I should have went in there acting crazy like I was in the service.
I would fight their decision. So very sorry that happened.
