Today, we're making Korean Salt Ribs! In Korea, it's called 소금구이등갈비. It's memorable because its so simple - seasoned with salt & black pepper (not marinated in soy sauce like other K-BBQ marinades). Serve it with ponzu sauce on the side - and you got an amazing dish!!
