In case Storyshift confuse, here is why:
Last judges the 2 murderers namely Dust and Insanity. He realized based on their expressions, they are fighting the human.

Dust. Your madness grows stronger bacause the human reset multiple times.
Insanity. A failed experiment. Your father injected you a so-called Determination, losing your cruicial parts on your mind. In this way, you can sense the human's save states and reset.

Backstory:
He was originally plan to do something to stop the endless loop made by the human. In order to stop it, he will go back in time where Undertale:Betrayer happened. He learned how to use his new skills to beat them. At this point... he will plan to defeat the human in the surface instead of the underground.
Info:
SPMY Sans is a Sans from the other timeline made by Walar. Due to lack of Dialogue and his Backstory, he isn't famous. His goal is to defeat the human no matter the cost it will takes. He has two phases.
Skills:
Bones - As usual. But this time, he can make new attack patterns.
Blasters - Deals the same damage, but different in another phase.
Small Twinblade Sythe (Colored) - Creates a sythe that deals more damage than the bone.
Portal - Creates a portal that teleports his attacks to the enemy.
Giant Clock - This clock originally was to measure time. But he can make the time quicker than usual. This helps him to travel other timelines.
Special Skill:
Scarlet Chaos「Blood Moon Rising」
If his clock destroyed, he will set the time to 1200 and summon a Blood Moon, increasing his attack, at the cost of his own life. Too dangerous to him, but its his only way to end the fight quickly.

no, i think the meaning of ´´former´´ is lb sanses timeline was probably one of the first ones to be ruined by the player, same with dust and insanity sans, or it could mean that they are the ´´former´´ timelines where the player dies, or idk what.
