Hi Carlos, Every customer is an account but not every account is a customer. So, when we create a lead, we are also creating an account. This account, once qualified, can later be defined as a Vendor, Customer, or Customer-Vendor. You can do this qualification on the toolbar.
If we create a customer directly through the receivable module, we will skip the step where we would have to define our business account, as we are already creating it as a defined customer. However, if we create a lead, this entry will be qualified as a business account. This account is waiting to be extended as a customer. Hope this answers your question!
