    Interestingly I found on this channel information about epilepsy! During a seizure not enough ATP energy is created for the neurons so more energy is created from lactic acid.

    During my 400m training the pain from running past the lactate threshold can sometimes be debilitating. Afterwards the pain around my hamstrings and glutes can last for 10-15mins before it subsides - never had this pain response from anything else!

    since cutting sugar and going keto i feel burning so bad in my chest when i do strength training. i got worried. before keto i never ever had this and was lifting way heavier...

    Most of us are no athletes, after all. Those pathways are not too developed in most people. Those so called 'rules ', don't work as described. We can describe the variances, if we FlippinG get deep into research.
    Im just trying to help you here. The Nutritional spectrum is way ahead/(and at the same time below) than you think.
    Anything else , is just a rub' and people will eventually know it.
