What if I told you that the toys in baby Kuzco's room in the animated The Emperor's New Groove are actually an allegory for the animals he will become in the future? First, in this scene, the young Emperor Kuzco is transformed into a llama by his power-hungry advisor Yzma, and left alone in the middle of a wild forest. Towards the end of the movie, during his adventure with Pacha to reclaim the empire, he is transformed first into a parrot and then into a whale from the toys in his room. It is a very nice detail that Disney shows us what will happen at the end of the movie as a foreshadow.
