Also I only now realized this, but the 5800x3D footage was with 2600mhz ram speed unlike the 3600Mhz ram speed that the 5600x footage had. I apologize for the mistake, I will do another memory after I change the ram speed and comment here if I see big changes.
Update, no notable changes found with higher ram speed, maybe its slightly better but not by much. I guess thats the beauty with this cpu, you dont need the fast ram unlike with other zen4 CPUs
@@MendoXenTV xrd bypass the ram on mboard delay latency hit. (70ns more) Its why mboard ram dont make much difference when the game can store the info on the cpu instead.
Nice 😎 good to see it does so well in PoE, especially since there is so much logic calculation going in a very non linear fashion. Averages don't matter late game, 0.1% lows it what kills you^^ Can't wait to upgrade from the 3700x, will be a nice match for my rx6800 I hope:)
i played poe for over 6 years and resigned myself to getting under 25 fps in juiced maps but it looks like the X3D cpu's can finally make the game run above 60 fps under stressful conditions. these v-cache cpu's are just magical
I plan to do a similar video with Escape From Tarkov. I ran through all the maps with 5600x and will run through the maps with the new 5800x3D as soon as I have some time to do so. Subscribe if you do not want to miss out on that specific video or just check my channel some time later for it ;)
Hey dude. It's much better to have someone with 5600X (with no GPU bottleneck) an run side by side so you both have similar map events. These will be much more accurate results. Especially useful for people thinking about upgrading 5600x to 5800x3D like me :)
@@panicaz so far, both in poe and in tarkov i noticed a similar 30%+ fps improvement with this cpu. And the results align with some benchmarks that Ive seen on other channels. As for running together for same events, I dont have anyone in my friend group that has the same system HOWEVER, i did on tarkov and i still saw the fps improvement
hey, thanks for the video. so in your opinion switching to 5800x3d over 5600x is worth it? and last question, if you play other games is the difference significant too?
I think that it is worth to upgrade, especially if you can manage to sell the 5600x after. I sold mine for 140e. I also play Escape from Tarkov and I also saw around 30% fps improvement there. As long as a game can utilize the bigger L3 cpu cache, you will see a significant fps boost, if not then not
@@kerpl0p have not played too much lighthouse yet this wipe but it was around 100-140 fps depending on the situation. TL;DR though changing the cpu was around 30-40% fps boost. I plan on maybe doing a similar video like this with tarkov, I have footage of all maps with old cpu
I was running fully juiced harbies this league on 8 mod maps while 100% delirious. My build is molten strike of zenith. The very lowest the fps would dip was around 27-30
Well I was thinking between 7600x and 7800x3d and based on this video from older gen x3d seems to be way to go, it is like 160 euros more here so I guess it isn't too bad in terms of price diff.
Yo, first of all no system will be enough its just poe :D, second, if you are building a new computer I would suggest saving just a bit more and getting an rtx 4060 paired with the cpu showcased in this video.

So you had 3600 hz in the video compare with 5600x?
3200 vs 3600hz have almost no changes for 5600

and as you see there is bottlenecked gpu, we can put low setting and get much more fps (i hope)
@@hotright8517 Its already lowest settings, its in first 10 seconds of the video. Also Path of Exile unplayable with other settings

It is. any game that hammers the hardware benefits
poe calculates a lot of info, each mob has individual checks.
Its why the 5800x3d and upcoming 7800x3d is the best cpu for poe.
Thank you so much!

what about this league? can 5800x3d run above 60fps all the time on super juicy maps?

If you are playing games that can utilize the bigger cache then 100% go for the 3D
if you still alive and read it, make a video with 1080p low settings to not get a bottle neck gpu, i want to check 5800x3d pure power
Bro can you help me am going for a cpu i5 12450HX , rtx 3050 6vram , 16 ram . Would this be enough to run fully max juiced map
