What code can I use if i have too many overlapping labels or points?

Hey, you might use repel = TRUE.

@@StatisticsGlobeIt gives me a message that says try max.overlaps. My data set is really massive and when I use “repel = TRUE” I still can’t read the chart properly. In fact PC 1 explains just 17% and PC 2 is 13%. I am going crazy😅.

In this case visualizing your data might not be the best approach. Perhaps you can go for numerical evaluations instead.
