Or the death date of the religion's founder ? What tells you more about kings & how seldom they walk the walk ; the year Richard III died or the fact that he's the only English monarch to die in battle since Harold got done in by The Normans back in 1066 ? Osman certainly looks like a Potterhead, so I'm surprised he didn't go for the Broken Wand Ceremony being performed for the first time at Houdini's funeral. Not sure I feel enriched knowing magical nerds predate Harry & co's fans, but still more interesting than his birth year. Is it more interesting to know WHEN Cambridge was founded or why ? Scholars fled Oxford fled because the locals & students kept fighting (literal rioting in the streets) , largely over the students' obnoxious drunken behavior & general snottiness.
