Sichuan Driving Tour - Jiuzhaigou to Songpan on China Highway G544

There is no need to say much about the beautiful scenery of Jiuzhaigou Valley and Huanglong, but the National Highway G544 driving from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong is equally beautiful.
Jiuzhaigou-Chuanzhusi Highway is an ordinary national highway in China, with the route number G544. It passes through Jiuzhaigou National Forest Park. The scenery along the way is picturesque, as if you are in the embrace of the forest, quiet and peaceful.
Highway G544 is the most convenient passage connecting the two world natural heritage sites of Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. The route starts from the northwest of Jiuzhaigou County and ends at Chuanzhusi Town, Songpan County, with a total length of about 123 kilometers. The post-disaster reconstruction project of G544 officially started in June 2018 and lasted for 3 and a half years. The entire road was opened to traffic in December 2021.

Chuanzhusi Temple is located at the crossroads of Songpan, Hongyuan, Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, with a very advantageous geographical location. It is 39 kilometers east of Huanglong Scenic Area, 87 kilometers north of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, 40 kilometers west of Hongyuan Grasslands and 17 kilometers south of Songpan Ancient City.
