Issue is with the schools owners who are making real money. Everyone need money for family, if school can't pay them better than they will obviously focus on private tuitions.
You are absolutely right man.. school Teachers in India are just fulfilling formality some teachers don't even attend duty but earns 1 lakh rupees per month. What I've experienced is that it's all a vicious circle. The level of school education going down is a result of students taking school classes & teachers lightly due to coachings. As a result there's apathy among schools & the teachers take less interest as well due to the lack of interest from majority students.

I'm from Chhatisgarh and studying 10. still didn't go for coaching or tuitions. I love my school and my teachers, whatever doubts come to my mind I write it in the notebook and then ask the teachers I hate to go to the tuitions. Though I'm not the topper of the class I'm self-confident that I can do anything.

The reality is ... Students and parents have created their mindset that school teachers don't teach well.. so the students remain absent in school without any reason but they don't miss their tution classes even if they are ill ..if they come regularly to school and change their mindsets then only problem will be solved..
Parents are not serious about school activities and home work. Its important to give personal attention to the child. I have two kids,they do self study and I motivate them to participate in school activities.
The actual reality In school if a child goes for 8-10 hrs Then there is no more study of 3-4 hrs But in coaching there is no time pass One goes for 5-6 hr and study for most of it🙄

What I've experienced is that it's all a vicious circle. The level of school education going down is a result of students taking school classes & teachers lightly due to coachings. As a result there's apathy among schools & the teachers take less interest as well due to the lack of interest from majority students.
School college teachers are also good and well qualified.

I'm from Chhatisgarh and studying 10. still didn't go for coaching or tuitions. I love my school and my teachers, whatever doubts come to my mind I write it in the notebook and then ask the teachers I hate to go to the tuitions.

Students and parents have created their mindset that school teachers don't teach well.. so the students remain absent in school without any reason but they don't miss their tution classes even if they are ill ..if they come regularly to school and change their mindsets then only problem will be solved..

I have two kids,they do self study and I motivate them to participate in school activities.
