This homemade creamy Chicken and Mushroom Casserole which is baked in the oven is an excellent dish which will captivate the pallets of all who eat it. It is so easy to make and it turns out to be so tasty, creamy, and juicy. The creaminess can be adjusted as per your taste. Ingredients:
1kg Chicken Breast
Salt to taste
Coarse Black Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Flour
3 tbsp Light Olive Oil
500g Mushrooms Sliced
3 Large Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
2 Medium Sized Onions
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp Light Olive Oil
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Flour
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Single Cream
Fresh Coriander or Parsley to Garnish (optional)
