Totally agree he is an amazing drummer, I felt he was always very underrated and would hold his own with any of the "known" drummers, most of who I would most likely not know. To me the 80/90's brought some of the best music, most of the new stuff to me has no heart/ balls and id way too technical. A bad ass drummer and bass player for the thumping undertones, a powerful singer to get the point across and a couple guitarists to lay down some thick rythmn, catchy hooks and maybe a solo if it fits. We don't need the electronic noise followed by a 100,000 note solo that has no meaning except to the guy impressing himself (DragonForce is a good example). True hard rock/ heavy metal as well as true hardcore, it gets no better and not many from the new millennium have come close to matching the feel of the bands from that generation, hopefully some do come along we need the legacy to live on as we are getting old.
Biohazard can do without Evan but they cannever do without D Lux.

Dude this sounds better than their albums. They have gotten SO tight over the years of playing these songs. They even change little parts that you can tell they worked out sounded better and probably would have originally done it that way if they were as skilled as they developed into as musicians.

While at work years ago, a friend and I were talking bands when I mentioned Biohazard. Another friend piped her 2¢ in and said, almost condescendingly, "You guys like that kind of music?" I was like, "Yea, been into Biohazard for years." Then she said, that drummer is my cousin. I put two and two together and realized the connection between the last names. She then proceeded to call Danny on speaker phone and said there were a couple of guys here that like the band. We had a brief conversation with Danny before he offered to put us on the guest list for an upcoming show in Brooklyn. My buddy wasn't able to make it but my brother was. Got to meet everyone back stage after the show. Danny is a fantastic and stand-up guy as was everyone else. Evan seemed to be pissed off at some audio issue during the show, so we really didn't get to talk to him. I hope they're doing beyond well.
I had the opportunity to see this band twice here in Brazil: in 1996 and 1997! Strong hug here from Brazil!

I met Evan after a show back in the 90s.. They played w Fishbone and life of agony.. Such a cool guy..i was a huge fan before that show, and a life long fan from that moment on.. Super real and down to earth. I miss his vocals in this line up.
It's like nothings changed. Amazing job new man.

Old and out of touch, glad biohazard was invited by hardcore kids. When I was coming up hardcore kids didn't always embrace them but they were a great band!!
It's unique: Biohazard, not really a hardcore band; yet, they are one of the bands that have been vitally important for growing hardcore. There's a lot to say about the subject. But they play to a hardcore audience, especially in the NY/NJ/PA/CT region and have influenced countless credible NYHC bands -- even if some of those bands don't like to admit it. Nevertheless, a favorite of mine and they never disappoint live.

Billy is playing the ESP. Its created model from herself.
He's playing ASG made for him, NOT an ESP here. Diff Co. These were short lived and not many around,I tried to get one off Billy as I know him and no luck, prob cuz he prob only has 1 or 2 himself. ASG stands for Artist Series Guitar I believe. Sick guitar.
