My new favorite crafter! I just started doing decoupage again after 10 years, and this is the first video that doesn't have a $50 supply list and as many steps as reconstructive surgery. This craft is beautiful and doable! Thank you!!!

This is beautiful! TIp I learned for the flowers - the grass - take your scissors and run it along the edge of each piece of the grass ( like you do with curling ribbon ) It will make the grass " flow" and look more natural

Hi, Tracey, this is the first video of yours I have watched and I loved it! You explain things very clearly, you have a lovely soothing voice, and I appreciate the fact that you don't have any music making it hard to hear you. This is a beautiful vase and I can't wait to try it myself. Keep up the good work, thank you for a high quality inspiring video. God bless and I can't wait to watch your other videos.

Lovely! Just one tip I'll share with you: when I want a soft edge and I'm working with either napkins or tissue paper I keep a little tiny container of water and a pointy paintbrush nearby and I paint a line of water where I'd like the paper to tear so I would go right around the flowers and areas around them with a thin line of water . It gives you such a soft edge especially when you're putting modpodge onto a smooth surface.

I am so glad I watched your instructions. I purchased those same gorgeous napkins for a project and it did not work at all. And you showed me what I needed to do: paint the surface white first so that the colors on the napkin will be highlighted. I really appreciate this very much as it just did not occur to me to paint first. You're absolutely right about these napkins - they do look like a water color painting. Nice work and thanks again.

So pretty. You are very creative and have lots of patience. I found your tutorial relaxing to watch and I love your makeover on your bottle. I am going to watch more Tracey. I found you when I was watching TQM. I have recently joined in with the quilts for veterans and love shouldn't hurt. Take care xxx

Loved watching this video. The bottle looks great with a calm and peaceful look plus who doesn't love bling? 😄 One thing I loved about this video is your voice, it is so calm and soothing not hurried at all and so easy to follow. Great job!

Hi. When doing modge podge, I actually use an old make up brush. It's much softer and rinses out well. You usually use less pressure which causes less wrinkles when applying delicate tissues to objects. I also put glue on at the half way point to cause less pulling on the tissue to cause wrinkles. I go from the half way point and go out to the end of the tissue, then go back to the half way point and go in the opposite direction...but using the make up brush really helps.
    Have a wonderful day.

Crystal Poinsettia are you on RUclips? I’m not a crafter but I’m trying to learn so I can do things with my granddaughter.

What a gentle, loving soul. Very creative. I always see napkins I love, but never figured out I could do something with them.
