Well... some of them are SCars ( which already has a working sirens )
and some of them are lights tool weld into the car.
P.S. it's easier if you "No-colide" the SCars and put it in the normal police car.
then, make it invisible ( Set Alpha to 1 not 0 ) and then, Weld it!
