    I always love it when a contestant has an idea or technique that the judges haven't seen before and are so impressed by that they say they're going to start using it. Awesome stuff 😁

    flounder florentine sounds coastal italian to me....so yummy w spinach,lemon, garlic, in a white wine sauce.

    I've watched 19 seasons of TOP Chef and just began watching LCK tonight. How COMPLETELY refreshing!! It's ALL about the food!!! No drama. No nonsense. Best of all....NO PADMA!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
