Please stop or give break of housing development . Over supply. China is a prime example of building residential condos way too many until they have to be demolished for reasons of over supply . Focus on infrastructure projects . Roads and bridges , hospitals , railways , schools , flood mitigation .

@@CHEA1111 then where do the drains flow to? the rivers already become shallow due to sedimented soil/sand from deforested upstream + rising sea level at river delta. A flood resevoir is a must, unless large investment on ways to deepen the rivers.

@@haziqdanial5615 First of all, I respect your view and did not say it is wrong. But engineers will do the study and calculations, and propose the best method with the available budget, but off course it may not be able to cater for very abnormal situation like the December 2021 Selangor flood.
