Just email the customer service and check on the status of the bag. They are very responsive. Once your bag arrives to their warehouse and passes Mirta’s quality check, they ship it express. At least they did for me in the US. I just got my bag today and absolutely love it. My expected turnaround time was 9 weeks. I ordered August 1st and received it today
This company is going to be the next RUclipsr sponsored bag brand. However, they do not have good customer service. I ordered several items from them in July 2022 and didn’t get my items until 11/4/22 and it is only because I asked to cancel my order. I tried to buy an item with my rewards points but the shipping was so high I asked them to add it my purchase since it hasn’t been shipped and it took them a month to answer me and say no so I lost my rewards because they cancelled the rewards program. I emailed them a month later and asked for statu and was told not ready. So I asked to cancel my order. 3 months later I get an email saying bag is almost ready and they won’t cancel my order. They will ship it and then I can return it. This doesn’t make sense to me at all. I asked them 3 months before item was even close to be completed. Well they shipped it anyway and now the return web page is not accessible.
