This is very cool. Very strange seeing a salt mine turned into an amusement park haha. Very unique spot. Thanks for showing all these interesting places like always. Take care!
Thanks for checking it out! Haha, I thought it was a really cool place - as soon as I read about it online I knew that I had to go there. So strange, a bit kitchy, but all in all unexpected. Cheers!
That was so interesting, but also bizarre to have an amusement park there. The wall with the pattern is beautiful. That is some place I would enjoy visiting… for the salt mine history (I can do without the ferris wheel!)
Haha, I get what you mean - the cheesy amusement park was a bit too touristy (even though I loved seeing it). I really think they should have focused more on the museum aspect. There is some information but not nearly enough exhibits and things to see in the non-amusement park parts.
We don’t know Romania at all, it’s a country we need to discover. We look forward to connecting with you to learn. This is such a cool place. Can’t believe you licked the wall to check! 🤣 it looks like somewhere you would see a James Bond villain hang out! Loved it, especially the lake. X
This place really was amazing! And haha, how could I not want to try tasting the wall :D But there are some other really spectacular things to see in Romania - castles, old towns, gorgeous nature. I'll try to show more of the place moving forward :D
@@PostcardAndAPint Really? That's so cool - and I really enjoyed Transylvania myself. I have a road trip video from there that I still need to edit... So much to show off there!
I didn't really think it was scary, but I'm not very claustrophobic... I guess it could be a bit nasty for people who don't like caves and such things!
that's cool and beautiful ofcourse. i was say scary because of what I saw sometimes on the news like trap on the cave something like that. anyway have a beautiful weekend
@@welsgmvlogs I get what you mean! Being underground is probably always a small risk - but it seems like this was a pretty stable place. Thanks and you too! :)
Just 8 days unfortunately. Flew to Cluj and picked up a car there, drove through Transylvania to the Black Sea, and then to Bucharest. Then a flight home from there...for one more week of roadtrip in Sweden!

Omg, don't lick the wall, thousands of people licked the walls.
That was pretty stupid in retrospect! But I didn't catch anything at least 😀
What the..
This is Salt mine amusement park and mr Beast called this Underground city???
Haha, apparently so. Guess it sounds more impressive that way
Pretty weird place..
Haha, I loved it! It was so weird to see all of that down in a mine :D
@@ThreeStarVagabond Yeah, it's an unique place
Licking a wall in an amusement park during a pandemic... YOLO 😆
Are you saying that that might not have been the smartest thing I've ever done?! :D
@@ThreeStarVagabond maybe! 😉
@@arewethereyet000 Well.. Maaybe I have to agree with you on that :)
