I was a postman on delivery in the early 80's when an old boy came out of his home and said, they're bringing up the Mary Rose. I went in to watch with him so I'll be very interested in a submarine video next☺

Thanks for that Steve. I had a Venom clubman in the 60's, wish I still had it now!
I remember once I lost my magneto drive belt and had to employ the old, girlfriend's tights trick to fashion a temporary fix, wow, different times indeed.
Whatever you chose for the next one, I'm sure will be entertaining. My son used to insist on pronouncing it, sumbarine.

Another informative and enjoyable video. Ships, submarines, forts or castles are all fine by me. Thanks and keep up the great work 👍

Very enjoyable video, I really like your historical and marine content as I own an R.E. and served in the RNZN, thanks. Submarine please.

    Great historic video.
A fellow apprentice who had 'wealthy' parents had bought a Velo 500cc Venom new back in 1964, later kicking himself because the Thruxton model came out in 1966.
To me they looked old fashioned at that time - much preferred the BSA Goldie.
I took 'the family' to see HMS Warrior back in 1989 (?) just after it had been opened to the public, it was very impressive.
I'm happy to see either of your choices having already suggested you visit these very interesting (to me) items.
Perhaps the submarine museum first for a change then the Mary Rose?.
Also what about the Marine museum or even Henrican Castle 'next door' at Southsea some time please.

Thanks for the informative video. I remember back in 1966 the Velo Thruxton being introduced, greeted by howls of derision by us Honda fans! I had a CB160. What price a Thruxton now? A video on a submarine would be most interesting, l look forward to it!

Its a great bike, even to this day it could hold its own against some models of the same class.
