This brings back memories of living in DC at that time. It was like Gotham before Batman. Parts of the city were so dangerous even the cops avoided those areas. The city has come a long way since then.
He was telling truth about high DC drug prices back then. I paid my colege by taking 4 trips a year to Atlanta and selling ridiculously high DC prices.

They said Washington DC was so dangerous. People from DC will shoot way faster than ny or NJ will. And they did not like out of town competition coming down there to get money
