Adam Montgomery murder trial video: Former detective testifies about ceiling tile

Former juvenile detective Scott Riley, who still works part-time for the Manchester Police Department, testifies about removing a ceiling tile from an apartment at Families in Transition, where the Montgomery family lived for a short time. He said that it was apparent from the odor that something had been decomposing there.
