In Soulmate (2016) is about 2 best friends who like same boy, just like JU & CU. ⚠️Movie Spoiler⚠️ In that movie July ( Choi Ung here) shared everything with Ansen (Ji woong here). July know that her bf (yeonsu here) has something with Ansen (somehow like each other) but she pretend that she didn’t know to keep her bestfriend and her bf but slowly July draws a line with Ansen because she realized she can share everything except her bf. In some point they finally admit each other that they like same person but in the end.. they somehow managed it (although it take a years) and still finally they being still being best friend. On that clip, I can say Ung deep down know about it (JU likes YS) but he choose to pretend that he didn’t know because he’s in the denial phase, but JU saying that “you know, you’ve watched it” He’s basically confessed to ung that he likes yeonsu. If they follow the SoulMate path, Choi Ung finally realized how much he love YS and doesn’t want to share her with anyone else even to Ji Ung. I hope Ji Ung is the catalyst of Choi Ung realization that he can’t be friend with Yeonsu.
