You have a natural ability at posing figures. You really know how to capture realistic and natural movements. Well done! Side note: Because he's a Navy Recon Diver (SEAL). He should have come with a pair of NVGs. (Night Vision Goggles)
I think they all get the Harpoon Gun just because it's "expected". It's very James Bond. I'm not sure what modern Naval Commando's and Diver use, but I somehow doubt it is the classic spear gun. Especially not for night ops. What would be the point. As an example of something they might carry underwater is the classic "Shark Stick" or "Bang Stick". It's basically a Melee Range 1 shot shotgun. Its a shortish tube, with a shotgun shell. You either jab it into the Shark/Enemy and hit the button, or when you flip the safety off, it discharges when you poke it into your target. It's a fairly old gadget so I'm sure they have some better options these days. Oh and that weird thing with the Gauges. That's an underwater Navigation Tool. It has his pressure gauge, his depth gauge and the center silver bit is the compass. You hold it in front of yourself in a straight line with your body when navigating underwater. And you judge distance by counting kick cycles. The thing on his wrist is his dive computer. Normally that would have an air hose going to it. It's a little more advanced than the normal recreational divers dive console.
Navy Seals do not have any specific weapons for underwater. The point of being a Seal is not to fight underwater. if they are in that position, I'd assume they would just use their sidearm.
I already ordered this figure but I like watching your reviews anyway because they're delightful and I see what a skilled person can do with these. Hope your year only improves.
So cool. People like you, Dan Larson and others with the love for the hobby give me the urge to start collect again (I'm not a collector since adulthood started). Going for the divers of the classified series could be a good plan.
Not only do I enjoy these videos, I’d have to say you’re my favorite source of action figure reviews. I’m so glad you did this one as I’m excited to get mine. Also happy Black History Month, bud!
Seeing this review makes me want to get 2 60th Anniversary Divers D Amazing! I’m currently army building the 60th Anniversary Soldier (and we are rumoured to get a Marine, Pilot, and Sailor I believe) so good times ahead!
This is their most military accurate figure yet. Love it! Give us more special forces from all over the world. I'm praying to the plastic gods for a navy seal para trooper with his attack dog that you can attach to his harness
What's up D love your reviews especially your photography. I been wanting to do it and you really inspire me. I think I'm just gona grab a pixel phone to start to see if I really enjoy it. Thanks for your awesome videos!
I believe the Assault Rifle/PDW (Personal Defense Weapon) is a variant of the HK416, which is designed to be able to be fired as soon as you come out of the water. It could also be a variant of the LWRC M6A2 Personal Security Detail (PSD) Carbine, which can fire both 5.56mm AND 6.8 Remington SPC.
Most modern guns work after being submerged in water. It really depends on the ammo. Also that’s not sub or MP5, looks a lot like a MCX Rattler. It’s an SBR made by Sig Sauer.
Virtually all firearms will perform if submerged and removed. Not rusted, not filthy. But wet, soaked, dropped in the lake and dragged out... yes will work fine. As long as the cartridges are watertight and the gunpowder stays dry.
I love how customizable these 60th figures are with just what they come with. Super easy to army build and have no two look the same. Just a note to toy companies, though; including both a black and a white head is great, but how about we start getting some Asian alternates too?
Hey D Amazing, do you have have problems with the Classified lines drop down hip joints tearing on you? I've had about 5 figures end up getting bad stress marks on that thin middle area of the drop down hinge, and the legs end up just tearing.
All those green or gray weapons looks so fake i had to buy extra guns and rifles for my G.I. Joe collection to make em look realistic. Good video and content here 👍
Perfect base for an old snake from metal gear!!

I hate watching your videos, I was not interested in getting this one...but you're reviews always have me thinking twice. Pre ordered, thanks!! Lol
As they do so well with animals, would be good to see an accessories set of a shark and shoals of fish and maybe a bendy octopus

GI Joe seems pretty quiet since the new year. Just seen the few new ones from end of the year on the pegs.

@DAmazing the backpack and breathing rig is known as a dreger
I thought it was a camera 📸
Why the silencers are like a square? Normally all silencers are like a rounded can or stick.
Only trash guns don’t work when wet.
The joes are killin it. Good review, looking forward to the paratrooper with some paint
Great looking figure! And love the under water shots! Now I’m really looking forward to getting mine.
