The courtyard is plenty big enough to have someraised planters for a few veg and to let the dogs outside. With that wall part removed it would be a lovely outside area

I love it, and the courtyard is definitely big enough for a kitchen garden in containers. Even though I dream of a lovely little farm with chickens, goats and donkeys, this home is a far better choice for someone my age, and there is always the possibility of renting or even buying a nice garden spot close by.
Compliments to Fabricio (sp?), his vlogging skills are improving on every video, it is good to see him take the initiative to show us things being talked about - I hardly ever try to reach through the screen to turn the camera anymore (except, what did Malin see in the annex when she exclaimed "oh!, it's a bar!"? Enquiring minds want to know! 🤣)

I have exactly the same tile decoration showing a bakery scene on a wall in my house as in the video at 04:23!!
The price is quite demanding given only 2 bedrooms, and while there is outdoor space, there is almost no earth for growing anything. Most people would like at least a few hundred square metres of land, which is not too much to maintain.
Bathroom has condensation mould on ceiling it requires an extractor fan.
If I were the owners or buyers, I would certainly have proffesionals take a look at this before you live there.. Toxic black mold can kill you without any warning or side effects.
