How about dogging the hatch covers and loading the bay properly,

he should have stopt the lift,, thats bs,, he faield whit the ligts ,, no question about that, but if something is lockt to the ship, as a crane operator you have to put many tons of lifting power before you realaise that the container is lockt to the hath,,,

Hatch over should of been dogged,2inshore should of been loaded first not in the blind!
