*I was born in 2003 and I only knew ABBA since I was 15 years old. I'm 17 now and still replaying ABBA songs on my playlist. When I first heard ABBA, I realized that I'm missing out in terms of music. ABBA has all the music, I'm looking for.* *It's very nice listening to ABBA when i'm still young. It feels like I'm a children of good times in the 1970's, listening to ABBA.*
You have described how I feel when I listen to ABBA. I was born in 2003 too and I feel exactly the same. It's great that young people continue listen to this amazing group!
Great story. I was able to be a teenager in the 70s, and loved ABBA's music. I joined the United States Marine Corps in 1973, and by 1974, a lot of Marines had posters of the ABBA ladies in their wall lockers. The 70s were great, I'd love to return to 1970, and be a 15 yr old kid. Be safe out there and Semper Fidelis from an old Marine Sergeant and greetings from Charleston, West Virginia.
I was born in 92 and I was just a kid that didn't speak English when I started to listed to ABBA. The band had split long time ago by the time I began to like their songs. You'll remember forever about this moment, while you're 17, because I still remember listening to ABBA when I was 17 in 2009. It was amazing discovering new songs, less known songs, that I'd found from digging their whole album collection online. Damn, this is a special moment, they are back one last time, and this is amazing!! ❤️ Cheers from Brasil, mate! 🤗
This video captures the delight we have all found in ABBA , often as children, and discovering ABBA for the first time and rocking it on stage - every fan's wish! The joy of ABBA and Christmas combined! What a gift! Merry Christmas everyone - may this season be filled with faith, hope and love!
@Márcio Rodrigues My parents bought me my first ABBA albums when we lived in Brazil between 1975 and 1978!!! I still have those vinyl records!!! Abraços e saudades to Rio de Janeiro! 😘❤️
Tuesday of this week will be five years since my dad died. I was fortunate to be able to share some time with him during his later years. One of my favorite memories from that time is crashing a wedding reception at a park we were visiting near his home. My dad’s dog wasn’t much for rules or social expectations and my dad cared way more about his dog than society. Those two free-spirits made for an adventurous afternoon. One thing that I remember very vividly about my dad was his love for music. Folks today don’t generally understand the importance during that time of having a collection of vinyl recordings along with a quality sound system to play those recordings. There was no internet. Sharing music was not possible - if you wanted to listen to The Beatles then you had to buy their physical album and play it on your home stereo. My dad had a tremendous collection of music stored within two massive shelves that were filled with vinyl records. As a kid, I was not even allowed to touch his record collection without permission. As a kid, I also rarely respected rules. One musical memory of my father which I still hold on to is watching him enjoy listening to a few recording artists that genuinely grabbed his heart. Abba was a Swedish pop group that my father particularly loved. He would listen to them again and again - for hours at a time. It was really annoying. As somewhat of a compromise he bought a pair of quality headphones which resulted in his dancing silently solo next to his speakers. Abba has recently released a new album called “Voyage” and in order to present their music in a more expansive way the band decided to do a “Meta-verse” tour. Within the world of “Voyage”, each of the members of Abba are presented in a way that they most want to be portrayed - as their younger selves whom my father fell in love with. They wore special suits which recorded not only the melodious sound of their voices, but also every single micro-motion they made as they were performing these songs. The Abba characters which fill the stage during this final tour are the best avatars that the members of the band can offer of themselves. For the members of Abba - this new way of viewing their art provided the ability to have one last tour within the limitations of their aging bodies. My dad had a love/hate relationship with the internet. He loved information and loathed shallow communication. As a result of this negative bias towards the internet, he refused to have any kind of social media account. This was a bitter row to hoe for me, and perhaps others, who equally disdained the laborious process of stringing words together in long-form. Perhaps, Abba’s new release is a way of helping me to understand how important the voice of self is for all of us. Cheers. Steve
So refreshing to hear a proper traditional Christmas song. Modern music fans have missed out on gems like this. Well done Abba on making a fantastic comeback album "voyage".

Our world needs ABBA...they always bring peace, empathy, memories, respect, sweet melodies..I will always love them. MERRY CHRISTMAS to everybody who believes in magic...
I need nothing under the tree in shiny boxes this year, for I have had the gift of all gifts in getting ten - TEN! - new songs by the band that have accompanied and inspired me throughout my life after forty years. There is no magic quite like the sheer beauty of Agnetha and Frida's voices, and the third voice they create together, telling the story accompanying the wonderful craft of Benny and Bjorn's music. If heaven has a soundtrack, it could only be sung by ABBA. How very clever that the video takes the digital generation children back into the joy of interacting with real life people and the pleasure of being together - particularly apt these Covid days when we now live with knowing nothing can be taken for granted. 'Little Things' takes you back to days when the world was a simpler, warmer, happier, and - dare I say - better place. This warm hug from bygone days we thought had gone proves that no-one else can put a smile on faces, and simultaneous tears in eyes, like ABBA does. They will always be the brightest star in the night sky, and they will shine there till the end of days - real beauty and magic never diminishes. Happy Christmas all!
Yes,I totally agree...the greatest Xmas present I got in 40 years was this magnificent new album from the greatest group that ever was.....I now only listen to ABBA and DIMASH. Ireland 🇮🇪
ABBA is a supergroup that will never get old! Their music has gone over so many generations of fans. They are never forgotten and forever legendary! Thank you for the music ABBA! This song is so beautiful. Thank you for blessing us all with this heart warming song!
This Xmas will my best ones since 1980.I was a little child when i used my pocket money to buy my "SUPER TROUPER" Album.Same familiar feelings, same excitetment, same warmth in my soul.40 Years later Iam having Abba back again with their new album just like then and i can't believe i live this miracle.Benny,Bjorn,Agnetha and Frida THANK YOU,...oh God how much i love you!
I don’t know about anyone else but as soon as I saw the kids were watching videos of ABBA and learning their dance moves, I got so emotional 🥰 brings me right back to when I discovered them at the age of 10. Thank you ABBA for a lifetime of joy ❤️ Merry Christmas 🎄
@@fartreta Now, now … Jon has a point: It would have been lovely to see the members singing this, but we all know that was not part of the reunion deal. Let’s all be grateful for what we have instead of what we do not - especially the little things that make up the big picture.
We missed your warmth so much! The old generation has never forgotten you, but (most of all) I'm glad that the new generation is starting to discover you and understand what music really means! Thank you, ABBA!
Florin, I totally agree, such wonderful, actual music with composition and meaningful lyrics. Now, I just wish that the new generation of so called performers (not musicians, they are performers today, 90% plus don't play any musical instrument or write lyrics) would understand what music really means and start playing music again and get away from today's cRAP!
Back in 1993 when ABBA had their first revival I created a mix tape of their songs and rehearsed a choreography I would present at the school talent show. I dressed up and played all the parts myself. The kids and teachers loved it as did I. All these years later I see how much ABBA calls to the youth and hope in all of us. The world truly does belong to the youth and I love them for recognising the magic of ABBA. As for me, I’m still dancing to their music which takes me to my happy place. Thank you for the decades of little things..
Abba has probably never received such support as after they came back. Now continue with what you are doing because you are singing straight from the heart.
I am 29 years old and I feel Abba's music so strongly. Their songs make me feel calm and everything seems to become more joyful.. my day, my thoughts.. A week ago I discovered two of their albums on CD - ABBA gold and Super trouper. These are true jewels in my collection. ❤
Luv luv abba to bits I grew up with them in the 70s as most of us did still to this day they are legends in my eyes wow wow just brilliant carnt stop listening to there music then and now xx
So happy that nowadays people of my age, I'm 22, discover this fantastic group!!! One of the best groups in musical history!!! Just love them!!! ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
"if you sing along that would be a song that my grandma sings." my grandma looooves abba and played it constantly in my childhood home. haven't seen her in 3 years, missing her so much. abba never fails to remind me of a golden time in my youth. thank you.
An unimaginably heartwarming Christmas song. It is Christmas that gathers several generations of families, meetings of grandparents with grandchildren and granddaughters, high spirits, gifts, a festive dinner, a decorated Christmas tree and me under it... I remember how my grandmother and mother sang beautifully on such days. My grandmother has been in another world for a long time and this song, the timbre of her voice, brings me back to my beloved grandmother in my happy childhood
And the best part, my birthday's in December. Hence why December is my favorite month of All Time. If every year was December, I would love it til the end.
Anyone else burst out crying at the end of this? All those hours as a small kid listening to ABBA, dancing, imagining, having a fantastic time with ABBA's music. My kids have become ABBA fanatics recently, soaking in everything. What a perfect little video. They just keep giving fans what they want, when they could easily just retire. Incredible.

Talk about ageless voices! How tc beautiful to hear ABBA sound like they have taken a 4 year hiatus, not 40 years! I am so happy that in their 70’s they still have the enthusiasm to not only put together new music and a new album, but to actually create a never been done before avatar concert with both old and new music! I’ve been lucky enough to have discovered them 3 times in my life. First as a pre-teen when they were in their heyday with constant radio play and tv specials and sold out stadiums. Then, after the pop music landscape had changed and they had long fallen off the charts 12 years into their hiatus, the movie “Muriel’s Wedding” gave the world a second glimpse at how relevant and amazing ABBA’s music really was, sparking a brand new love for them worldwide. I bought their greatest hits cd and wore it out as my girlfriends and I danced and sang along to every song before we would go out on the town each weekend. And now, 27 years later, I’m still captivated by their sound and am really looking forward to the avatar concert experience in 2022. Of course seeing them perform in real life would be just as awesome no matter what their age!
This is so sweet and made me giggle and cry. To have a Christmas song from ABBA at a time we all needed it the most is wonderful, and the kids were fantastic! Bravo! 👏❤️
December 23, 2021 - After 21 years, this will be the first time I spend Christmas at the old Grandma's country home where we used to celebrate Christmas when I was a kid. I can't stop crying every time I listen to this song as I remember opening presents and enjoying with the family on those beautiful Christmas mornings. Sadly my Grandma and my mom are no longer with us, but I'm so excited for sharing this season with my wife and my dad. Pure genius from ABBA, this is one the most beautiful Christmas songs ever written. Thanks for this. Merry Christmas to everyone reading this!
i don't normally 'allow' anything to do with christmas before 01 december. i don't even mail the few cards that i do send out until they can get a december franking. abba of course are the exception. this song is playing on and on and on. thank god for the repeat button and i don't have to jump up to my old turntable and risk scratching the vinyl every time. thank you abba for this beautiful song. what an amazing band of people. and one year on still an amazing time to be alive and relishing in new music from what is clearly a beloved group by so many of us. WE LOVE ABBA {anyone know how to type a reverse B? lol}
Now, more than ever ... the world needs ABBA. I am so thankful that they have blessed us with a new album full of musical magic. The lyrics and music they have shared with us promote tranquility in a world full of chaos. Their message will last through the ages. Thank you Agnetha, Bjorn, Benny, and Anni-Frid, for the wonderful music!
We are so lucky to be alive in an era where ABBA is still making music for us to enjoy.

I think absolutely the same than you.
Me too, i received the biggest gift, with this wonderful Voyage. Thanks ABBA the LEGENDS
Yes,I totally agree...the greatest Xmas present I got in 40 years was this magnificent new album from the greatest group that ever was.....I now only listen to ABBA and DIMASH. Ireland 🇮🇪
A new carol is added to the international repetoire. Thank you once agin for your many musical gifts to the world!
ABBA is a supergroup that will never get old! Their music has gone over so many generations of fans. They are never forgotten and forever legendary! Thank you for the music ABBA! This song is so beautiful. Thank you for blessing us all with this heart warming song!
ABBA will live on through all future generations 💗 That's quite a feat 🤗
Thank you ABBA for a lifetime of joy ❤️ Merry Christmas 🎄
really? 🙄 oh well i'm diusappointed that abba can;t even appear in their own videos! i ain;t interested in watching a bunch of kids in any video!
@@ajayjackson7727 oh yeah, then why are you even here?! Lol.
@@ajayjackson7727 or you could just take a deep breath and thank them for the music, the songs they're singing and for the joy they're bringing 😉
@@fartreta Now, now …
Jon has a point: It would have been lovely to see the members singing this, but we all know that was not part of the reunion deal.
Let’s all be grateful for what we have instead of what we do not - especially the little things that make up the big picture.
@@ajayjackson7727 but this video is sweet and lovely, c'mon! Plus we get the snippets from their recording sessions included in this clip.
I’m crying with joy. Love ABBA so much 😭♥️
That why I do missed ABBA new song for nearly 40 years. That 2/3 of my life wait..
I grow up with their songs have tears in my eyes
Same here!I comprehend...(.someone pass me a handkrechief plz.)
Genius! THE WORLD NEEDS ABBA! Thank You For The Music.
LITTLE THINGS IS ALREADY 2 YEARS OMG ❤
How is it possible not to shed a tear watching so much beauty and hearing so many fabulous vocal harmonies ?! 🙏👌🙌👏😍❤️
I am 29 years old and I feel Abba's music so strongly. Their songs make me feel calm and everything seems to become more joyful.. my day, my thoughts.. A week ago I discovered two of their albums on CD - ABBA gold and Super trouper. These are true jewels in my collection. ❤
Check out their album The Visitors. It's the one before Voyage but really worth the listen.
I've been hearing ABBA music since I was 7 years old. And I'm 52 now. ABBA music lives on!

So happy that nowadays people of my age, I'm 22, discover this fantastic group!!! One of the best groups in musical history!!! Just love them!!! ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
"if you sing along that would be a song that my grandma sings." my grandma looooves abba and played it constantly in my childhood home. haven't seen her in 3 years, missing her so much. abba never fails to remind me of a golden time in my youth. thank you.
This song is so beautiful and captivating...so cosy and it feels like a warm hug
Great way to describe it,like a warm hug!
🍭🍰🤢🤮
Sentimental shite
@@sandraschofield2056 what makes you think that?
Have you actually heard it ? Little things like a cheesy thing .... rubbish song
I got my wish. ABBA recorded a Christmas song! Beautiful!
Loving ABBA is a year-round holiday for the mind and spirit. So lucky to be alive long enough to hear ABBA's resurgence.
Let’s just agree that ABBA are simply the best musicians that we have been privileged to enjoy
"The best musicians that we -- enjpy". OMG, you don't know ANYTHING about music.
There are other great musicians too. But yeah, Abba is really good...
really lovely music that has give me some sanity in a world of chaos ahhh fresh air.
Incredible.
Little Things is going to be a song that will play every year during Christmas. The most important song in the album. Such a beautiful song.
This song is very inspired by the song Gottnadvisa written by Benny Andersson for his swedish folklore orchestra. Released already in 2007.
Listen 1:49 and 3:12 of Gottnadvisa. Here it is very similar to Little things.

The whole Voyage Album is very much influenced by old songs of Benny Andersson's swedish folklore orchestra.
This should be number one for Christmas, it's what it's all about.
The kids of today even love them. They will live on in memory for a long time for so many people around the world. This new album is very addicting.
I LOVE YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! 🤩😍🥰
This is so sweet and made me giggle and cry.
To have a Christmas song from ABBA at a time we all needed it the most is wonderful, and the kids were fantastic!
Bravo! 👏❤️
Abba... Thank you for the music!!!
This song is for you Norm. 🙏..will be our 2nd Xmas without you. Love never dies. 💓🌲
Sorry for your loss💔😢
Mine will be my 2nd one alone without my mom 😢
One of Abba's most beautiful songs
December 23, 2021 - After 21 years, this will be the first time I spend Christmas at the old Grandma's country home where we used to celebrate Christmas when I was a kid. I can't stop crying every time I listen to this song as I remember opening presents and enjoying with the family on those beautiful Christmas mornings. Sadly my Grandma and my mom are no longer with us, but I'm so excited for sharing this season with my wife and my dad. Pure genius from ABBA, this is one the most beautiful Christmas songs ever written. Thanks for this. Merry Christmas to everyone reading this!
You are not alone
i don't normally 'allow' anything to do with christmas before 01 december. i don't even mail the few cards that i do send out until they can get a december franking. abba of course are the exception. this song is playing on and on and on. thank god for the repeat button and i don't have to jump up to my old turntable and risk scratching the vinyl every time. thank you abba for this beautiful song. what an amazing band of people. and one year on still an amazing time to be alive and relishing in new music from what is clearly a beloved group by so many of us. WE LOVE ABBA {anyone know how to type a reverse B? lol}
And just like that ABBA continues to spread their magic, yet again!❣️
It's fantastic. I hope this song will become as popular as other Christmas songs, such as „Last Christmas” or „All I want for Christmas is you” ❤️
Welcome back, my favorite group. You have been missed.
100% Agreed.....................mike
