In this interview given to Oprah, Beyoncé will tell about her performance on the night of the 77th Oscar Awards and her business and affectionate relationship with her mother, who will also be on the show.
"[My mom] is one of those people that you feel honored to meet," Beyoncé says. "And no matter who you are, you fall in love with her because she is spiritual, she's inspiring, she's strong, she's funny, she's creative, she's talented...she's everything that I want to be."

I respect Beyonce's drive! Her work ethic is almost unmatched in the music industry and the business world. The vast majority of the people who love to criticize her (usually for bullshit reasons), ARE SLEEP while that woman is up WORKING! Now, If YOU think you can do what she does, then go for it! Show us all whatcha workin with!! The average person wouldn't last ONE WEEK on Beyonce's schedule!! And most of y'all DAMN SHO wouldn't be able to take the same criticism y'all love to dish out to her!

I loved all the outfits in this interview. Beyonce just has so much beauty and strength to her that it's like she's BOSS. She knows her stuff and my goodness she's a great and successful business woman. I'm soooo proud of her because once she has her mind set on something she wants to accomplish, she gives her all and she puts in a lot of effort to make it perfect. And that is someone who loves what they do regardless of how much work it is. WE LOVE U Beyonce! ;)
