    You've got a tremendous flow to your playing, and that's a worthy guitar to assist you. Bravo! Love the Space Black color on these.

      Hello my friend. thank you for the kind words. This guitar turned out to be fabulous. I love the attention to detail and the sound. it's balanced and light weight. I can't believe that the Heritage people made this axe. A USA made instrument for a low price. I would also like to own a real Heritage one day. In the meantime, keep on playing and never stop! Rock on!

¡Rock On!

      Hey Master Yoda, it's been a while. I hope that all is well in the land down under! We are in the middle of winter here in Detroit. The best thing to do around here is to keep warm and play guitar. I do love this HARMONY guitar. The best thing is that the Heritage people build it. So....I know that your 2023 is going to be packed with music. All I can suggest to you is to PLAY WITH PASSION!!! Let the music flow! much peace and good wishes to you and your family from everyone here in Detroit!!

    Jake, I am REALLY JEALOUS! You are the lucky man, brother! I was the most happy in the world, to get such so nice instrument! Play it with pleasure, its so awesome one, I hear those tones, and I think, maybe I should get one more axe, but for now I feel complete with my 5 guitars and 3 basses, I am not sure, if now I will find something good for me. Still the old strat makes his work good, and my metal guitars are not bad at all. My LTD is perfect for everything, but its like a blades - never will be enough. But the main factor is the player, and not only his guitar. My friend has 3 Les Paul custom guitars, but he is unable to play Am normally. Yeah, that guitar is rocks! My best regards and I wish you a great Christmas with your new friend! See you!
    Siegfried!
    P.S. My Washburn is unique: its a superstrat from USA, from 1987. They made a perfect instrument, but who knows? Its really so rare guitar, and Washburn of 1987 its Jackson with the difference in the logo. Today superstrats are not like they was once. Its so great, that no Ibanez and no LTD are standing on! This is why I am afraid to do something with the situation. When you are playing the same instrument 10 years, its by one hand is YOUR TUNE, by other hand I am closed in my mind. I hope, I will find something, that will give me satisfaction, but in the era of recording and less performance, maybe the old ones are much better, than modern ones! 🎸❤️🙏👍

      Hey Siegfried, I hope that you are still enjoying your music and writing new material for 2023. Detroit is the same, cold...but not as cold as Russia. hahaha. Keep your music hot. Melt the snow my brother! peace.

      Hey LarWolkan, happy holidays to you and your tribe. I hope that you've been sending those sonic notes into the sky. Yes, this Harmony guitar is built in Kalamazoo Michigan. 4 streets away from my mom's house! I have to tell you that the quality is superb. Of course they are made in the Heritage factory so the workmanship is top shelf. In the meantime, I wish you happy holidays and a spectacular 2023! peace.

      Hello Doug, happy new year to you! I know that your 2023 is going to be your best musical year yet. You guys have got a new King and all is well in the Empire! well....mostly well. Winter hasn't totally hit Detroit yet but I know we'll be getting our share of ice and snow very soon. This Harmony - Comet was made by the Heritage guys in Kalamazoo Michigan. My old home town. they occupy the old Gibson plant. Only 3 streets away from my mom's house! So many rock stars went to Gibson for custom made guitars and tours. I never knew about the visitors during the time that they were there, back in the 60's and 70's. Keith Richards and Ron wood made a visit during the 70's. It's very cool to know that they were merely a few streets away from my home during their visit. This guitar has the gold foil pickups and it's a thrill to play through those things. Definitely unlike Gibson or Fender pickups. So, it's an added treat for sonic freedom. Well, rock steady my friend. as always....PLAY WITH PASSION! GOD SAVE THE KING!!!

    I bought the same guitar, I'll have to get it set up because mine has fret spout on the neck but it plays and sounds pretty good.

    • @jakesmith4506
      @jakesmith4506  Год назад +1

      Congrats on your purchase my friend. I absolutely love the quality they put into the Harmony COMET. Your fret sprout issue is easily correctable by a qualified guitar tech. a few minutes work and you'll be busting out the sonic sensations of a lifetime. I grew up in Kalamazoo, 3 streets away from the Heritage/Harmony/Gibson factory. Back in my youth I used to walk past the Gibson factory on my way to school. Little did I know that many great rock stars were visiting the factory while I was in school. I think that these Harmony guitars are a hot bargain for the quality you get. In some areas of the country it's difficult to get one. I really had to look around to find a black Comet that was in stock at online retailers. I really wanted to buy one directly from the factory, since my family still lives in Kalamazoo. Unfortunately, they were in the middle of a showroom renovation and couldn't let the public into the facilities. But....you'll have a great time with your instrument. I have one word of advice for you in your musical journey. That advice is ....PLAY WITH PASSION! peace.

      Hello my friend. Thank you for checking out my channel. The setup was fabulous right out of the box. I did put my own flavor of strings on the guitar. The neck is so easy to play and the weight was balanced and light. I think you would really love this gem of an instrument. I really dig toe tone of the gold foil pickups too. By all means, keep on playing and stay safe.

    This guitar reminds me of the hamer Newport pro.
    Mine is on the way, and should be here by tomorrow, I opted for the Sunburst
    I’m considering putting a les trem two on it.
    I would’ve loved to of heard your thoughts on how this guitar compares to the Les Paul’s, and other Guitars you might own.
