Builder blindly says all flats are east-west facing, but no one asks detailed explaination. facing of main door does not make any sense in housing societies, sunlight and wind matters the most. So having balcony and windows facing east or south-west or west makes sense, thats what we should check rather than main door facing.

And he enjoys a great interest income on those 1500 tokens in 2 months before returning it..! That too if he returns 100% token amount! Varna he cuts 10% as cancellation charges! 😅😅 People never learn and in the FOMO loses peace of mind coupled with sleepless nights..!

I don't feel as a customer i do have option to SAY NO to token for good property.. It's helpless situation and you have to take that risk but but be watchful while taking final decision.. Make sure your decision is purely on your choice and no compromises else you will regret later..

आप कहते ही इतनी बाते देखे तो अच्छा बिल्डर- फ्लॅट मिलाना मुश्कील है. भुमकर चौक का लाईन आपणे भी देखा. टोकन दे के भी लोग वेटींग मे है. देखे तो वहा पुरी 34मंजीले परमिशन अभी नही, रेरा रजिस्ट्रेशन भी सभी बिल्डिंग का नही यह बाते सामने होते हूये भी. अगर नहीं टोकन दे तो आपकी चौकट- वह भी अधुरी है, फिर भी टोकन देके नये फेज का- जिसका अभी रेरा- परमिशन भी नहीं, उसका इंताजार लोग कर रहे हैं. ना करे तो इस जगह फ्लॅट मिलेगा नहीं.
