HOW MANY WAIFUS CAN I FIND?! One Piece TCG OP07 Booster Box Opening

I bought a couple of OP07 boxes from a seller on Ebay and they did not ship my boxes until after 2 weeks! They had already opened multiple boxes based on the singles they were selling on release so was I scammed?
Did the Ebay seller open all the good boxes and shipped the bad ones out to me? LETS FIND OUT

Lol, Urouge aka the Mad Monk, is still alive :D slacking somewhere, he did fought one of Big Momma sweet generals, and we last saw him when Kaido jumped off from the Sky Island (after Dressrossa)! I honestly am waiting to see him back, he was one of my favorite Supernovas.
