Great Video, Adam! I recall you saying in a couple past videos that you wanted to go on one of these L.A. Tour Vans...Awesome!! By the way: Have you considered going to Catalina Island? It's a quick trip by boat from L.A. and I really think you'd enjoy filming and experiencing the town of Avalon on Catalina Island
Adam: This could open up new avenues for you, if you'll pardon the pun! Have someone drive you around while you video and do commentary. It sure would free you up from having to watch the road! Just a thought, my brother. Peace.
The house just to the left of Lucille Ball's is my Uncle Benny and Aunt Sally's house. He was as set designer for Paramount. Lucy would always come over for coffee and cigarettes with my Aunt in the mornings, and she even bounced me on her knee a few times. I did the whole Hollywood things years ago. You have to sort of imagine it's 70 years earlier when it really was the center of the entertainment industry. Celebrities have places there like they have places in New York. It's a tax write-off and place to stay when they're in those locations. Most of the residents of Beverly Hills are just wealthy businessmen nowadays. The low-humidity and sunshine is beautiful there I must say.
My grandparents and I took a tour around Los Angeles; it was so much fun and we even hiked up a hill to get a good view of the Hollywood sign and see fun facts about celebrities houses and have trivia questions about the places where the movies were filmed.
As a contractor , I did I a lot of work in the summit ( gated community) off of laurel canyon . It's like purgatory , angry trophy wives and car detailers , house keepers and gardeners
I remember seeing some of those homes in 1976 . We were driving around Hollywood and I jumped out of the car and bought a Map of the Stars Homes . It cost 2 bucks . My Dad , Mom and Brother came back and picked me up and we drove a bunch of those Streets . Cool Memories . THANKS Adam .
They do just make em up i reckon, we did a tour there and they said different people lived in them, also Logan paul doesnt live in that house he mentions at 9:30
Was in CA several years back and took one of these tours as kind of a joke but truthfully had a great time. Guide turned out to be from the east coast and was really great and provided us tons of information! Actually remembered his name for at least two years afterwards which shocks me because I can never remember names. I think we paid $20 Each for each of the 4 of us. Their asking price was higher so I would not buy in advance online. I think it lasted two hours including a short stop at a small market for a cold drink and a snack(not included in price). I would usually avoid such offerings but had lots of fun!
Okay I must admit, I’m pretty sceptical about these Hollywood home tours, etc but I think this one has sold me. Seemed very informative and I liked that the driver showed you spots of famous movie locations too and the Hollywood sign! Planning on coming to LA next year for the first time so will definitely keep a look out for this particular tour. Thanks Adam 😊

Thanks for this video! I went on one of these tours a few years ago when I visited LA for the first time...it’s brought back so many happy exciting memories as the locations are all the same to the ones we went too 😃👍🏻
Yeah the tour guide has an accent that is hard to understand but I was able to catch a few words with out closed captioning turned on. I am just wondering what accents that is. Cuban maybe as it reminds me of Desi Arnez aka Ricky Recardo from “I Love Lucy”.
This was great! I really enjoyed it. It shames me to say this, and I even forget the guide's name, but it was hard for me to understand him at times. He was good at it though! I'm a first time viewer...I'll have to see what else you have going on. 👍
Thanks to you and the driver, the trip was excellent and relaxing! Didn’t have enough time to make it in 2018 so it is a very good idea that you‘ve got. ✌️

That house used in Leathal Weapon, was that the house on a cliff when a helicopter flew up and shot through the back of the house killing the home owner actor? If so I have a friend who had a pool cleaning service. He showed up to clean the pool on the day of the movie shoot. The real home owners were there at the time and forgot to tell the pool cleaner that he did not have to be there that day. So he stayed and watched the film shoot!
Always loved your videos Adam you are living life to the fullest for sure! Love watching you go to places I could only ever dream of!! Keep up the hard work
Thank you for posting this. Years ago, my parents and me went on a few of these tours. They have since passed away and I have not been there in over a decade..this brought back warm memories of those days. 💜
I enjoyed going along on the Hollywood tour. Saves me to worry about the restroom breaks available in between. Lol His accent was a little hard to follow at times but by some of the descriptions or movie titles he mentioned I was able to put it all together. Reminds me of when our drivers education teacher took us on a tour of Hollywood himself when we the school had a two hour class during one of the class schedules. All the other students just got to go as far as Griffith Park to practice their driving. That was a memorable moment from my high school days. Thanks Adam for this touring experience. 🙏🏻🌴
Those tours look fun. I'd love to go on one next time I am in LA. I think the guide is mistaken about Elvis. He never played the Hollywood Bowl. Same for the Whisky. Elvis did not perform there either. The Doors did but were not the first. They got hired after playing at a bar just up the block called the London Fog.
Took that tour myself about 5 years ago . Loved it. Massive homes in gated guarded communities . Had a nice late lunch on Hollywood bvld and hit bumper to bumper traffic all the way back to Orange County, lol
I really enjoyed this video. I liked listening to what the driver was saying and trying to guess who he was talking about before he said their name. I always wanted to do one of these when I lived in Southern California and never got the chance to.

Sr Seuss never lived in the house on Rodeo in Beverly Hills. That house used to be the Manse of the church next door until 1974, when it was sold to the O'Neil family, who revamped the two story tutor to a Gaudi themed facade.
I like that tour guide's voice. I might hire him to give a tour of my neighborhood. Over here to the right is a school bus that has been converted into a two-story villa. Notice the quaint view of the artistic, mountainous drop zone of discarded medical supplies, cans, bottles and other recyclables.
I turned on my Closed captioned too. It was even harder to follow the driver. He had a few places incorrect. e.g. He had the wrong Park bathroom where George Michaels was arrested. I don't think he had the correct location where Halle Berry had her hit and run.
Wow! My tour wasn't as extensive, but then, that was years ago and it was a small bus, not a van, but thé same company. They were relatively new, and Paramount Studios was included. Hey Adam, did you use the same urinal as George Michael? Is there a memorial plaque in that bathroom? L. A. loves to commemorate things like that! I met your driver when I was in town. He's a nice, humble man who is so happy to be in the U.S.A. When I met him all those years ago, he didn't do the tours by himself, he was just the driver,a struggling actor actually gave the schpiel. Yeah, Wilshire does come alive at nite, with assorted nefarious characters. But, it was nice to revisit an otherwise nice memory of the tour!
Couldn't watch cause I couldn't understand or even hear what was being said 90% of the time! Wish I could've cause I was actually very interested in seeing

Neat that you met the driver Jon. Did he come here from Russia? I had no problem understanding what he was saying.
THAT WAS A PHENOMENAL TOUR BAJA!!!!!🎉🎉🎉
Couldn't watch cause I couldn't understand or even hear what was being said 90% of the time! Wish I could've cause I was actually very interested in seeing
Nice to see you Adam, I enjoyed the tour! Its snowing and miserable where I am today so it was a nice escape
