Something tells me that if nobody puts this girl under control, Gensokyo's gonna look like Fallout and it's gonna be all Utsuho's fault (if I got the spelling right). Gensokyo needs people with better ideals and goals that don't involve violence, seriously!

Yep, it’s a control rod. They are used in Nuclear Reactors to limit the heat generated, but without one you’d be in one big heap of trouble.
